I've been seeing more doctors as I get older and very rarely do I leave a practice because of the doctor. It's almost always the nitwits up front. Out of All the incompetentsI have dealt with, the people here are the worst. Start with the people who can't speak English. You have to speak very slowly and keep repeating. Then you hope that they have it correctly. And it goes downhill from there. When I call back to ask what's going on, they apologize profusely and promise everything and deliver nothing. AVOID THEM! THE WORST!!!!!!! EDIT: The last time I called to complain about the treatment I recieved, I spoke to a woman who claimed to no be like the others. At the time I didn't believe her because of the lies and runarounds I got. After I hung up I never expected to hear from that office again. Several weeks later this woman called and asked if I still wanted the medication nobody could get right. I told he I did. I expected nothing to happen but I received a call from the Compounding Druggist and made arrangements to pick up the drug. I would be remiss if I didn't add this to the story. After weeks of insanity, this woman came through.

My husband is his patient and has been waiting patiently to find out the results of a biopsy that was taken of a lesion he has that could be cancerous. It is our understanding that the test results are in but was told that the doctor has to call with the results. It is day 17 and we haven't heard anything. My husband says he can never get through to the office. This is pure torture and cruel. I want my husband to switch doctors because clearly this is a doctor that just doesn't care!! Unacceptable and if I could I would give him zero stars!
