There seemed to be endless creations in vegetarian delicacies, both cold and hot, savory and sweet, that covered several long shelves. I would have had at least 3 full plates, if not for the reason that my local friend was paying for lunch - charged by weight - and I didn't want to empty her wallet :-). Once you have put your food you want on your plate you go up to the register and they weigh your plate. Depending on the weight is how much you pay. The service is fast and helpful.
