Instead, they blast music in the personal training area to compete with the music already playing throughout the gym. When you complain, they tell you that it's a corporate policy to play the music that loud. When I contacted corporate, they said it was at the GM's discretion. The one fat personal trainer loves to pretend he owns the gym and has tried to kick people out for working out in that personal training area during sessions. Nowhere in the contract does it state that any areas are off-limits during any hours. They're also frequently out of wipes to wipe down the equipment. A solution could be for them to provide towels. Might be cheaper than buying disposable wipes. Also, they seem to not care when people leave their weights everywhere. The only reason I didn't give them 1 star is because the staff at the front are always friendly. They greet you and bid you farewell as you leave.

We had a horrible experience with this club. We had heard mixed reviews from the community and knew…read morethat some girls would sit on the bench especially if the coach wanted to play his/her own players from their affiliated high school over higher skilled players. And that is exactly what happened. Our daughter's skill didn't improve but if a player played high school vb for the coach then they got to play every game and didn't rotate off the court. When we spoke to the owner about play time, the owner had every excuse for why girls sit on the bench. She needs to acknowledge that her coaches are biased towards their own high school players and that is the information that is coming down the pipe and passed to other parents considering this club. But do what you gotta do. Just don't expect $$$$ for our kids to sit on the bench. FYI: Many of the players don't return the next season. The best athletes in our county go to an Orlando club because they know that this club gets them no where. Go watch recent youtube videos. The older elite teams look like high school JV teams. The coaches scream at the players during the games. I saw our coach stomp their feet in a tantrum and scream at one girl until the girl quit trying. That's pretty abusive. The players on my daughter's team said they were disappointed in and embarrassed for our coach. Only half the team returned the next year. Bottom Line: I can't say we had one positive experience with our coach, team, and the club owner. It was a total waste of our money and time. Buyer beware!
