"Western union this, money order that.... etc." They tried and were very professional with their conversations. And then my mom tried cashing a Amazon check. They gave her attitude and they did not want to do it so we just took that to another bank and they told me they cannot cash my $700 check but luckily it was made out to Chase anyway so I just took it down the street to Chase and a cashed it for free with no problems. She was very rude and said no they can't and it's not possible. I tried again to explain and she cut me off and got loud. So I told him to pay the $150 fee at a currency exchange, thinking the fee would be about the same. He went to Dundee Currency Exchange to take care of it. OMG!!!!!!! They charged him $475 in fees. That is insane! There was a $60 fee for each part (plates,title,cook county tax, tax for a car over $15k, power of attorney) $300 total then there was a $25 fee for no wait plates, plus another $150 for what? I paid the fee and gave her the all the money I wanted to send. (She really did not have to type out much since I was already in the WU system.) I was on the phone speaking with the person whom I was WU the money. I mention she was young look about mid-twenties. The young lady behind the counter interjected and wad like "WHAT DID YOU SAY?" I explained I am on the phone. She said "YEAH, I KNOW AND WHAT DID YOU SAY?" I was like I am on the phone. She said, "Well you need to go." She cancelled my WU and was like I need to leave. MIND YOU SHE HAD ALL THE MONEY BEHIND THE GLASS. I said I will leave once I get my all my money back. She proceeds to throw the money through the slot. I have my money now silly, She was like LEAVE waving her hands. Do not go here for services especially WU. They are overcharge for WU. Mariano's on Halfday charges $8.50 for the same service. Get angry and yell nothing will be fixed…read more Anyways, had an ambulance bill mix up from a year ago, apparently it got sent to an address that I NEVER lived at, since no one bothered sending the bill back saying that person doesn't live there, they didn't get their money and turned me into collections. Called the service, was told it was out of their systems, and sorry for the mix up but I'd have to contact NW collectors. Called NW collectors, they were polite and civilized, etc and understood my situation. In 10 mins everything was solved and they said by the end of the month my credit score (-53 points from the claim) should go back up because it will be dropped. Thank Goodness! The only small issue I had was having an extra fee (small but still a charge) for a "cash advancement fee" which they failed to notify me of. All in all though, it wasn't a bad experience, everything was taken care of in a timely manner. If it happens again (hopefully never will) I would not mind working with these people again.

I was told different things by 3 different people that all work together. Yet they say I am in the wrong and did not send documents, when I did and they never received the fax. When I finally sent them an email copy they questioned the document. Nothing but issue after issue and they put the blame on me and saying that they are trying to help me out. BEWARE, hard company to work with. Only care about receiving money and making themselves look good.
