This location is situated in the mall area of the Shops of North Bridge. There is parking in the 516 N Rush parking facility. Access to the currency exchange is just outside of Nordstrom, across from the Jellycat plushy store. You can access Nordstrom from the parking facility. You have to take the escalator to the top, then go through the store to the mall. The currency exchange itself is a small enclosed area. The young woman, Tricha, who took care of me and The Queen was super nice and very careful when it came to counting out our money. She was great. She explained the exchange rate and carefully told us how much we had requested in pesos and counted it out in a slow manner so we could see each bill being counted out. She also explained the process for us to return any money not spent in Mexico to get back dollars. The exchange rates and service were very good and this will be my go to for exchanging dollars to foreign currency.

I thought that was high so he went to the DMV, they said we both had to go in since the car would be in both our names. So I told him to pay the $150 fee at a currency exchange, thinking the fee would be about the same. He went to Dundee Currency Exchange to take care of it. OMG!!!!!!! They charged him $475 in fees. That is insane! There was a $60 fee for each part (plates,title,cook county tax, tax for a car over $15k, power of attorney) $300 total then there was a $25 fee for no wait plates, plus another $150 for what? I don't know. $475 total fees. If you don't want to be ripped off stay away from Dundee Rand Currency Exchange. I am furious!
