No customer service here. These girls are rude, arrogant and treat you as if they don't need your business. Guys working in front window/security are imperious and narcissistic. The only budtenders who were very sweet was Austin and another young man who wore his hat backwards, (I didn't know his name) they were why I kept going back. Unfortunately, the other associates here often give off the attitude as if they really don't need your business, the quality of the product is not the best, in stocks conditions are not good, and just the atmosphere of rude associates. I cannot support this business anymore. I gave this business the benefit of the doubt and due to my experiences here, I cannot return or recommend this shop. It's disappointing, but I don't believe any customer who spends money wants to be treated poorly. Hopefully this feedback can be used to improve what the shop is falling short in, but this review is to bring awareness to the consumer. read more

To keep it simple, it's a good shop. The bud is good for each tier that they have. I like coming here because it's one of the last dispos that weigh out your tree. Their lowest shelf starts at $25 and 1/8th and maxes out at $40 an 1/8th for their highest shelf. Each shelf is worth its price. There's a few bad reviews on here and I can see why these people feel that way but I see it as you get what you come for. If you don't want a shop that is going to charge you for the glass packaging then this is the place for you. Don't come expecting an LA Kush or TLC experience because it is simply not that. Appreciate the shop for that it is not what you expect it to be. It's a cool place, has good prices, and good people. read more

I was pretty shocked to find out that I was banned from this place today with no explanation (I was just there yesterday). Been a customer for over a year just cause it's local in my area, but I gotta say I feel disrespected. I'm somewhat familiar with the staff so i really don't understand what I could've done to be banned with no explanation. When I tried to ask the security guard why, he wouldn't even hear me out and aggressively told me to leave. I can't say I'm 100% surprised though, some of the staff aren't very welcoming and pick up an attitude when you ask to see more that 2 jars. Security guard threw my girl's ID at her onto the floor. So yeah, bad experience. Went with my girl, she went in first. She said the security guard threw her ID at her and guy at the counter didn't "say" anything about it when she brought it up and she left without buying anything cause she was pissed. I figured it prob just fell and slid across the floor when he was handing it back and she was over reacting but when I got inside there to give him my ID the slot wasn't even an inch wide. Theres no WAY the ID could have "slid" at her and hit the floor behind her. This guy actually threw my girl's ID on the floor at her. She said she dropped her ID through the slot and it fell on the guards computer and she said she said sorry and she thinks that's why he threw it at her. And she said he for sure threw it so after seeing that small ass ID slot I know she was right. I walked out before I lost my temper on him for that. Prices are decent and they have nice VIP strains sometimes. I don't vape but they have a good sized section for that too. I'm not coming here again after me and my girls experience here though. We went to Alhambra Collective instead. For the record I wouldn't go any place again where they threw my things like that. read more
