During pickup, the employee did not clearly show me the items, as they were held behind the register. When I returned to the store to address this, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen, repeatedly reframing the issue as me "not liking the flavor" despite my explanation. There was no effort to investigate whether the online listing or image had been incorrect at the time of purchase. When I asked if the issue could be escalated to whoever manages the website listings, I was flatly told it could not be done.What made the situation worse was her tone and attitude -- it felt condescending and dismissive rather than professional. As a customer, I didn't feel heard or respected at all. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. The lack of accountability and the manager's attitude made this situation far worse.
