First-time customer. I specifically asked for Indica because I have a heart condition and Sativa makes my heart race. The employee recommended products that turned out to be hybrids, and the products weren't clearly labeled. After trying one of the joints, my heart started racing. Customer service told me to return the products, but when I did, I felt like I was treated like a criminal. After a lot of back-and-forth, I only received a refund for the unopened vape pen and was stuck with the joints I couldn't use. They also incorrectly claimed I placed an online order when I actually purchased everything in-store with employee assistance. Please double-check your products before leaving. My experience at Rebud Highland Park on September 1, 2026 This was my third time visiting Rebud, and I had previously purchased from the same employee involved in this interaction. I placed a pickup order through Weedmaps earlier in the day. Because several hours had passed before I was able to pick it up, I called Rebud at approximately 8 PM specifically to make sure my order was still there before making the trip. I explained that I had ordered earlier and asked whether it was still being held. I was told yes and that orders are held until the end of the shift. I arrived approximately 10 minutes later. The employee had my receipt in his hand, but told me the product I ordered had been sold. Mistakes happen. My first response wasn't to argue--I simply asked whether they had anything similar in the same price range. I was told no and was offered a more expensive product. I then asked whether they were going to do anything to rectify the situation, considering I had called only about 10 minutes earlier and was specifically told my order was there. To be clear, I was not asking for anything free. I wanted to know whether they cared enough about my business to acknowledge their mistake and offer some reasonable solution. An apology, an explanation, or even, "Sorry about the misunderstanding. We'll have more tomorrow and can make sure one is held for you," would have been perfectly fine. Instead, the employee told me that the people answering the phone were in another office and didn't know what was happening at this location. I explained that, as the customer who relied on the information I was given, that wasn't really my problem. When it became clear nothing was going to be resolved, I asked whether there was a manager. Another employee came out, and rather than addressing me directly, the interaction became uncomfortable and unnecessarily confrontational. I decided to leave. The entire in-person interaction lasted only a few minutes. I later called the same number specifically because I had just been told that the people answering it were in another office. I wanted to explain what had happened and why the information I was given resulted in an unnecessary trip. Instead, the same employee I had just interacted with took over the call and repeatedly spoke over me saying, "ma'am, ma'am," while I was trying to explain why I had called. I ended the conversation. The business then called me back. That call disconnected, and I called back solely to ask them to please stop contacting me. That interaction was also abruptly disconnected. I have now blocked the number. The fact that my product was sold is not why I'm leaving one star. Products sell out. Mistakes happen. If I had called and been told, "Sorry, we sold it," I simply would not have made the trip. My issue is that I specifically called to avoid exactly this situation, was assured my order was still there, arrived approximately 10 minutes later to discover otherwise, and then experienced what I considered dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational customer service when I asked whether anything could be done to rectify it. After three visits, I will not return. There are plenty of dispensaries in the area, and I would rather spend my money somewhere I feel comfortable and where a simple customer-service issue can be handled professionally. I am also not posting this because I want Rebud to contact me, compensate me, offer me anything, or attempt to resolve this after the fact. Please do not contact me. I have made my decision not to return and have blocked the number. I am simply sharing my personal experience so other customers can make their own decisions. This was my experience. I've used the delivery system for years. This was my first time visiting an actual store. Very chill vibe. I did an order pick up. The guy who helped me was friendly and helped me get my items. My only suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of deals and products. Raw garden is great but you only offer a few of their products (vape and wax), their pre rolls are phenomenal! I'd love to see you guys carry brands like A Golden State and CAM. Still the best spot for deals though! Phenomenal app, never a delivery issue. I only got it instead of leaving for the other shops on york because I didn't have time for an alternative but I mentioned how expensive it was even after the 1st time discount (nearly $60) and he just smiled at me blankly. Thats weird. And for such an expensive disposable its pretty mild ngl. Hella weird. Dental office vibe, like some shameless subpar racket formulated as a cash grab. I have no reason to do business with scam artists who don't embody or respect the spirit of weed/stoner culture like decent budtenders at decent dispensaries do. Their service is horrible. I had everything I wanted in my cart from the tablet. Then we waited on a bus tender for like 20min while he helped some girl in a bikini!! Then another bus tender came out and started to help someone who came in after my friend and I. The security guard had to tell the staff we were here first. I loved ReBud. It quickly became my go-to store this past year because of their excellent prices and house strain of flower. But I've cancelled my membership. The staff is incredibly inconsistent- some are knowledgeable and personable, some seem like they've never had a job before. I don't think I've seen the same person working behind the counter more than twice- and I go weekly. They seem unsure of themselves and lack customer service skills (like come on, don't ask me if I'm going to tip you mid-transaction... at least show me the screen and let me choose). Their stock is so inconsistent and pricing feels like it changes constantly. I feel like it has been rare lately to actually find what I'm trying to buy there (and the selection has never been large). Earlier this week I felt like the budtender was trying to upsell me on more expensive weed and wouldn't give me clear answers on what's in stock. I'm rooting for them to turn it around, but I'll be buying my weed elsewhere moving forward. read more

Service was trash when I first walked in Wasn't even greeted the "security dude" was on his cell phone. Which to me is WILD. THEY DONT HAVE A LARGE VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM. The bud tender was not really helpful. Made me feel rushed to order. I came a few few months ago when it was a soft open and it was young lady who was very helpful. Looks like she is no longer there and then gentleman that they have in the shop are no help just laughing and talking about sports while customers are looking and trying to figure out what is going on in the shop. The bud selections looked trash. A lot of products on the shelves were old. I wouldn't come back here ever again there's a few shops on this block and this is the shop you don't even need to stop at. Why are there over 15 + reviews that are under not recommended? Seems shady on Yelps end if you ask me after todays visit. They all seem genuine reading through them. I visited the store earlier today and the staff was very helpful and the selection was great. Walked out with Cannabiotix 3.5g at $55. I never see CBX under $63.
