They have been extremely disorganized in terms of getting a replacement tenant. We leave the property tomorrow and still this property management company has not even contacted us to arrange collection of the keys - unbelievable. We can't say that these guys are bad, the simple fact is we just don't know as there has been no interaction. Not a good experience from a renter perspective.

She is UNETHICAL and IRRESPONSIBLE!! My husband and I put a bid on a house that was accepted by her client, we were expecting the paper work that evening but it never came in. Our realtor called her multiple times and left voicemails, emails, and text messages which Claire Ryan ignored for days. After she decided the other bids were not as strong as ours, she finally sent us our paper work. After our inspection, granted this is an 1870 house so you would expect some flexibility, we had a list of simple questions such as.... 1) would they be willing to sell us some of the furniture 2) Would they able to open the balcony door which was swollen shut 3) was the gas fireplace not working or was the pilot just turned off 4) would they be willing to remove rotting wood and debris from backyard. Granted, this was not a foreclosure but an expensive house in a very nice neighborhood. Claire responded by saying non of our questions would be answered the property was as is. She consistently ignored us as the process continued. Claire requested an extension on the P&S because of "family obligations" which we respected and gave to her. We did not get the P&S document until the day it was due (after the extension), which did not give our attorney adequate time to look over. It was also due on the day of an upcoming blizzard, so the attorney asked to extend for one extra day. Claire replied by saying they had been accepting offers and had 10 competing offers that were over ours, and she would go with another one if we did not have our paper work in by the morning the P&S was due. We got all of the paper work in with our 12k certified bank check, and everything was processed. We thought we were in the clear but Claire Ryan screwed us again. The day before our closing Claire claims she "lost our bank check", which meant we had to go through the process of purchasing a bond from our bank for $300, so we wouldn't lose out on 12k. Also, Claire failed to disclose that she was related to the seller, which is against real estate code. Save your time and money - DO NOT HIRE CLAIRE RYAN!
