Not only is her work amazing, but she also specializes in gels (something hardly any nail salons in this area do as acrylics seem to be what is the norm here). I couldn't be happier now with my nails. Hayley does amazing work and her nail designs rival any in LA. If you're looking for massage chairs while you get your pedicure, they don't have them. Now six days after my appt I have a chip and from the looks of it, another one will shortly happen. I'm bummed because they did a good job and yes, here comes the but.... Now, shame on me for not checking the prices before hand but typically salons are all within $5-$10 of their pricing. So "after" my appointment is done, I'm told my total is.... $90!! AND they only take cash or check as payment. Luckily, I had enough cash in my wallet to not only pay them but tip $20.00. Mind you, this was a generic treatment. No hot stones, no deep massage, no paraffin wax, etc... This is why I say a mixed review. If you believe it's worth $90.00 knock yourself out but I for one think that is extremely over priced.

I used to only get gel sets, but Tascha does acrylics and they look better than any gels I've ever had!! She can do full sets, shellac, and regular nail polish. She even got me those 3D bows that are really popular right now. I love her!! My nails always look AMAZING and stay on! Tascha can seriously do any nail art you can think of. They also do not hurt my natural nails at all. I recommend this place to everyone I know!!! Can't wait to get home so I can get my nails done :)

However, I don't understand why he cut my nails round and extra short like a man's. Also, my thumb nail was filed crooked and leans to the left. Lastly, I selected a purple nail polish and ended up with an orchid color (hot pink) color. Place is dated and they use old dingy towels which explains the lower price in comparison to other salons.

When I first moved to Prescott I could only find salons and I wanted an independent nail tech. So I waited almost five years and had my natural nails until I found Demi. And I am so glad I did! Not only is Demi kind, attentive and professional, she is extremely passionate about doing nails and takes so much pride in her work. She is easy to talk to, makes you feel comfortable and even provides snacks and drinks for your appointment. Today I went to this particular salon because initially the environment was very clean and…read morewelcoming. However upon my manicure, I felt neglected and mistreated by the woman doing my nails named "Jay". I mentioned I'd had a stroke and due to that I am not able to completely relax my hands (which hasn't been a problem anywhere else before), and she proceeded to man handle me after I'd already told her she hurt me. In addition to all of that, I asked her a question, got ignored. I broke one of my nails and requested for them all to be even and she did not want to add a tip to my nail to do so. Not to mention, one hand was square and the other hand was round, after mentioning this multiple times. Overall, a pretty traumatic and ugly experience and I will not be returning nor referring anyone to come here.
