If you're looking for massage chairs while you get your pedicure, they don't have them. Now six days after my appt I have a chip and from the looks of it, another one will shortly happen. So "after" my appointment is done, I'm told my total is.... $90!! AND they only take cash or check as payment. Luckily, I had enough cash in my wallet to not only pay them but tip $20.00. Mind you, this was a generic treatment. No hot stones, no deep massage, no paraffin wax, etc... This is why I say a mixed review. As a bride on a fixed timeline, I couldn't simply move my appointment weeks or months away. What was most disappointing was being told I would lose my deposit even though the cancellation was due to the artist's own scheduling conflict--not mine. I booked far in advance specifically to avoid this kind of situation, and I expected the business to take responsibility and offer a refund when they were no longer able to provide the service I reserved. I understand that plans can change, but customer service is about making things right when they do. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another nail artist before my wedding while also losing my deposit. It was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience, and I cannot recommend this business based on how this situation was handled.
