At the appointed time he calls and tells me he's outside my place when he went to a different address. He passes my place as he gets here and doesn't know where I'm going even though I've told him prior to his arrival. Upon his arrival there was some lady sitting there next to him. Not a clue who she was. Then after he gets the address from me again and puts it into his GPS, he drives and talks on the phone for approximately 15 minutes. I must say I am not pleased.

The fare was $16 and, being in a cheery holiday mood, I gave the driver a $20 bill and asked for $1 back. The driver allowed as how he didn't have even $1 in change. Is it just me, or is this sort of crappy behavior - along with sketchy vehicles where the interior lights don't even come on - the sort of thing that prompts more and more people to use Uber or Lyft?
