Why is it that the best kebab house in the world is so far away from where I live? I mean,come on! I dont live in Corralejo,I live in rainy England,how dare you put Alibaba's there when I am stuck here. Why must you mock me so?? As I have said before (Mainly to myself after a Bourbon or 2) you can always tell a good kebab house if you are willing to visit when sober. I have been to Alibaba's when totally off my face,and also when stone cold sober,and the place always serves a top quality kebab. My particular favourite is the kebab wrap,which basically is just that,a kebab wrap. Whilst the meat and the bread are equally beautiful,what sets the kebab apart from what I would normally get over here is the sauce. F**king hell it's nice,it's so nice and garlicky that it makes you want to run up to Robert Pattinson and slap him in the face with your kebab shouting "Have some of that sparkly vamp boy!!!!" I fear for my health if I ever lived in Corralejo because Alibaba's would be my post drinking den of choice,oh,and they sell beer! read more

I'll have to admit with Lee, it really is the best kebab house in the world. And I hate kebabs! And for that reason I had the falafel. I was with a bunch of Spanish people who have never eaten this type of food and wanted to try. Of course in my mind I was dreading eating here. I imagined a kebab house in the canaries equalling the Delhi belly if you know what I mean. And to my surprise on my way to the loo... I see the lady behind the counter making my bread. What??? Making my bread... from scratch. I can't even get fresh bread in bakeries here... But this chick is making my falafel bread fresh. Already i'm thinking this might be good! And it was! I ordered extra super hot kick my butt spicy. Turned out to be very wimpy on the spicy department. I'm sure they thought I was just a typical European with low tolerance to spice. Not their fault. She had no idea that I'm American that lives and breathes for habaneros. The ingredients were very fresh, the sauces were excellent. And 5 stars for this... the bread was freshly made!
