When I asked the receptionist what fields with no titles were supposed to be, she got huffy. The worst part is, in the interview, I was told about a job where they're needing someone right now and they thought I was a good candidate - all I had to do was fill out this business's application. When I stated the application was filled out, they said they'd be in contact with me SOON. My gut feeling is the business's required disclosure of a criminal background on the application (which is against the law in Illinois if those reading have never heard of "Ban the Box") I finally stopped calling when all I got were voicemails and not-confident message takers. Its been over 3 weeks and "SOON" is out the windows. Horrible paperwork and the staff doesn't mean what they say? Don't use them.
