I have had many pedicures from Alice Nails and they have all been great. Currently, a gentleman named Francis is working there and he does an outstanding job! Alice Nails does great mani/pedis and the atmosphere is comfortable and very friendly. Others appear to enjoy it as conversation flows easily between customers and technicians. I have not found that at any other salon. read more

The outside of the building was so inviting with beautiful flower pots. The decor inside was equally welcoming , clean and homey. Our technicians wore gloves and masks and kept the pedicure bath sanitary with plastic liners. They were very professional, seen immediately, and did a lovely pedicare and leg massage. DUMP!!! It's a house lived in by a hoarderlady and her family, stresses me out!!! Every time I go here it takes forever!!! They have unlicensed people training, no idea what they are doing. So had my nails and toes done nails looked great till then next day!! ALL but two nails feel off!! I went in to ask for a gift card or refund and was Yelled at i with customers present, very unprofessional!! I gave a $20tip money not the issue, but 4 day is ridiculous!!! * only went becuse my great grandma likes the place! Never anian!! I'll never go here again and do not recommend. Place is cluttered and looks like hoarders live here. I got a full set and 8 of 10 started to lift at the cuticle within 24 hours. I have never had this happen before. My daughter also got a full set and 2 popped off in less than 48 hours. The guy who put my tips on could not do the acrylic, only because the owner can. Why is that!? Makes you wonder. read more

I am absolutely disgusted. My daughter and her friend went in for prom today and they are horrible! A 10 year old could have done better! They are thick and bumpy everywhere have sharp edges all over. They didn't even d what my daughter asked for as she wanted just the tips painted but they went half way down her nail so she ended up having to paint the whole nail. Never again!!!! read more

I have been working my nails since Dec and they have been ruined in 1 appointment. I went in with nice almond shaped nails that were the length and shape I wanted. I wanted a dip application to make them stronger. I left with the worst looking nails I have ever seen. They are tiny claw nails that are rather embarrassing. She filed the sides of nails so bad and so far down that my skin is raw. Now it will take a other 6 months to get them to where they were only a day ago. I went here with two friends, me and one of my friends had the same person work on our nails and our other friend had a different person. Me and my first friend's nails turned out great but our second friend's nails didn't turn out to great. She was rushed and rough with her nails. Our nails took a good 30 minutes and our other friend's nails were more like 20 minutes. Overall it's four stars, we had two 4-5 star manicures but one 2 star manicure. read more
