I would still be charged for the appointment I accidentally booked -- but I was "welcome" to schedule another appointment for the following week and pay for that one too. That is not customer service. That is not leadership. That is a business owner choosing to hide behind policy rather than help a customer who tried to fix an honest mistake immediately. I was literally preparing to book additional services when this happened. Their unwillingness to show even minimal flexibility made my decision easy: I'll take my business elsewhere.
