So I made an appointment for the next Sunday! An hour and 20 minutes before my appt the stylist texted me saying she was sick and couldn't come in. Also that no other stylists responded to her to take over my appointment. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told her no. Never texted back and no one called again after that. They constantly spoke to each other in another language which makes you feel like they're saying bad things about you. My technician didn't trim my cuticles or anything even though I asked her to. I got acrylics done and every nail was misshaped and the acrylic had lumps and divots in it. There were big patches that had missing polish and almost every finger had excess acrylic on my skin. When she was done she just got up and left without saying anything and then just said "done" when she came back in 5 minutes later. There was no cuticle oil put on or lotion or anything either. It was overall the worst nail experience I've ever had.
