I was so impressed with her knowledge of biology and the importance of the gut to our bodily systems that I made an appointment for an assessment and help with my gastrointestinal problems. She reviewed my medical history and meds/supplements. She ordered a few lab tests and then recommended a few herbals and supplements that helped me feel better. Last spring, I joined Sage's 6-month weight loss program, overseen by Wendy (labs, supplements, guidance), and weekly guidance and mentoring with a nutritionist (Masters). I was given all of the tools and tips I needed to successfully transition to a healthy and nutritious way of eating foods that support my health and wellbeing. The program includes other aspects of health, such as exercise, calming, and craving techniques.
