I'm really surprised by all the negative reviews. Dr. Hawkins and the ladies in the office are AMAZING. My kids and I were in a car accident on 7/16/2017 and that day with all the adrenalin we didn't feel much pain. Unfortunately, with each day waking up the pain became VERY intense for myself and my 2 children that were in the car as well. I found Align online and chose them because they were very close to my home and I honestly didn't really want to even drive any longer after the accident. From the beginning the girls were super sweet. I have a 6 and 8 year old that were VERY curious about what was going on and never did they seem annoyed by all their questions. Dr. Hawkins came in and gave us our adjustments while explaining to us what he was doing and our goals during our treatment. I've heard horror stories about chiropractors wanting to keep you longer than needed but my kids were released within a couple of weeks, even when I thought they'd keep them longer. My kids are doing great and now that I go alone they still ask if they can come with us to see everyone in the office. It hasn't even been 30 days and I'm feeling better. I love their check in where you can point out what part of the body you are feeling discomfort and rate it on a number scale so they know what to focus on. I work a desk job and drive an hour and fifteen minutes each way for work and I didn't think the pain would get better so quick. I'm so happy with my decision. I pray that once my visits are completed I don't need any future appointments but if I do, I know I'll be returning here! This is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He showed me why my back was hurting. It was because my leg was 1" longer on one side. He adjusted my neck C1 was misaligned. Suddenly my teeth that were in pain, no longer in pain because they were in alignment. Must make an appointment with this great man. read more

What an unfortunate interaction with this business. I went online to schedule a procedure. I booked an appointment then I was overwhelmed with texts and emails stating "I did not book an appointment" "Go online rebook and they needed more information " that I had already listed. I decided to call the office, to get clarification of what is happening. Called (4) times within two hours no answers plus left a message. No returned calls. I called a different number got it all figured out. I was happy ready to go. Then I got a text from Dr Hawkins directly and to my shock he was rude and condescending stating why did I call the other telephone number that they had all my information why was I causing a problem. Without even asking what is the confusion. I was shocked the the Dr Hawkins sends a rude text not even knowing what is going on in his office. I would never ever recommend such a place is organized to add a rude inappropriate Dr Hawkins to the mix! Wow It is funny that Dr still try's to justify his office that continues to be mixed up. I have been seeing Dr. Hawkins for approximately three months. I was in significant pain in my neck and back as a result of an auto accident. We went to him after an accident and he seems shady. He informed me he had no plans on keeping his practice around after he finishes attending school to be a neurosurgeon. He attempted to overcharge us by close to 5k until the insurance company got involved and strongly advised him to "take a second look." After the insurance company informed him of their intent to challenge, the cost magically came down by 5k. Don't get me wrong, my back felt great and the adjustments were solid, I just felt like I could've found that somewhere else without all the extra issues. read more

Yes, the office personnel and Dr Hawkins may all be charming, but the services I received for my stem cell therapy were totally unprofessional and unsanitary, and they did not follow the method that I was told would happen. Briefly, I had to ask the practitioner performing the stem cell treatment to wash her hands (she even argued with me about this!), they gave me dirty pillows (no cases) to lay on, they did not use an ultrasound machine to guide the correct placement of the stem cell shot (as Dr Hawkins promised me they would), she did not place the shot correctly in my hip, plus I had to wait 2 hours while they were having equipment failure with the other party getting a treatment. And no one will call me back. What a sham. So I definitely would not recommend this clinic. read more

From my first interaction with this office all the way to present day, I have had nothing but the best experience with align chiropractic. I was in a pretty rough car accident about two months ago and I had to make sure that I was going to be ok. I found align from previous reviews and decided to try them out. They got me in the same day I called, which to me was important because I was in pain and very scared. My first visit I literally was brought to tears because of the built emotion, and the immediate response of Dr. Hawkins was nothing short of what it should have been, he was so empathetic, and reassuring that everything would be ok. And it didn't stop with him, his staff was equally as empathetic, his assistant Paige should literally be given a medal for how patient and funny and kind she is! No joke. Here it is, two months later, and I'm feeling better every day, and the support, flexibility and kindness I have received has been endless. Went there today for the first time. I never saw the doctor because when I walked in his practice and saw all of these people laying on tables, I decided it wasn't for me. Who wants to see people getting treatment while they wait in the waiting room? Not me. Then the doctor called me back and there was a man in the same room that he was going to adjust me in. I made an appt for my daughter here, because she had been having headaches and neck pain. she came home that day with a list of things the Dr had told her were causing her aches, along with directions to get x-rays. 2nd appt I decided to go along because I was concerned and wanted to know the results of the x-rays. They had not reviewed them yet, but read the report that was sent from the radiologist, after they did there adjustments they wanted her to see the NP on staff to give her a treatment plan that included take home equipment that is no cost to us because our insurance will cover it, I had only stated to the assistant that we didn't need the stim because we have one at home, she left and came back 2 min later with the Dr. so the 4 of us are standing in this tiny room as I get a stern "lesson" on "patients cannot pick and choose which equipment they want and that her previous treatments from other chiropractors were not done correctly. and that if we don't agree on what their plan is for her that we should go someplace else" I even said I felt like I was being bullied, it did not phase them, the Dr just continued with his "lesson" telling me they don't make any money on the equipment they send home with patients? Really!? I have a background with insurance billing! I know he makes money on it! My point is, his bed side manner was disgusting, and yes I was so upset and wanted to say so much more, but really just wanted to get out of there! I literally felt like I was being backed in a corner! Dr's are supposed to make you feel comfortable and confident with their treatment plan, correct? Dr Hawkins gave us no reason to trust him, just by the way he reacted about my questioning the equipment! I really think I flustered all of them in the beginning just being "mom" and watching out for my daughter. I have never felt so uncomfortable! Actually, I am shocked how we were treated!
