I went to see Dr. Jared because every morning once I get off my bed I would have to stretch my back in order to start my day. I have been to other traditional chiropractor before and never had a good experience. After just one treatment my back was noticeably better. I have been to many chiropractors in the past 15 years. With severe chronic neck and back pain I all but write them off as my condition was worsening. I found Dr Bain to be very easy to talk to and explain my concerns. He educated me on how his practice is radically different than typical chiropractic care. After my first visit my pain was reduced dramatically. My posture has massive correction and it was the first time I've ever been adjusted while standing up. One week later the results were still noticeable and the relief was still 80% of what I felt after the first visit. We are now working on chemical testing and a treatment plan. I find his rates to be the best is the valley, other than your wham bam thank you ma'am chiropractors out there. Dr. Bain has the correct chiropractic ABC technique. When my epilepsy is cured and the twitching nerve stops generating seizures I'll let everyone know. I'm sick of the Neurological drugs that are eating up my bones and making my health worse every day. I really think this ABC technique will work for me. I was really looking forward to being treated here after a co-worker had showed me the Instagram page. Unfortunately after inquiring about their safety protocols for COVID-19 and that the staff nor the clients are required to wear mask and that they are "laxed" in this area helped make my decision. The fact that we (Arizona) have seen a dramatic increase in cases and your business it not enforcing some kind of guidelines is extremely unfair to your customers. I know many people will say, "Just go somewhere else" but again after viewing the different services you offer I felt as though this would've been the perfect match. Again, I have not received services here I was just an inquiring first time customer that wanted to know the safety protocol. Dealing with numerous patients and a full staff just doesn't seem to ME the most responsible decision for MYSELF to receive services here. read more

Where do I even begin? Dr. Bain has given me a new lease on life! He is far more than just a chiropractor and the ABC method is far superior to any and all chiropractic Care I have received in the past. I have been seeing a chiropractor regularly since I was about 10 years old and would have 24-48 hours of relief and be right back to having pain. Absolutely amazing experience!! Been to different chiropractors and they couldn't seem to fix my issues, but still wanted me to keep frequently and paying them to "fix" the problems... Springback was very good at explaining the science and facts about how his method of chiropractic care actually works. after just ONE visit to Springback, INSTANT difference! I am extremely disappointed. I had initially started treatment about 2 years ago but moved to downtown Phoenix shortly thereafter. I moved to North Phoenix about 2 months ago so thought I'd try them out again. I was thrown off when the doctor suggested I would need 24 appointments (about 3 months worth) of treatment. I had visited other chiropractors before and this was a red flag they always warned me about. Other chiropractors had told me that a doctor doesn't really know how many appointments someone will need to get "fixed" because every body responds differently. Coincidently, the 3 month plan would've cost me about $2,400 (the same amount as someone else's review) here. I am now wondering if I would've paid the $2,400 in 1 payment, he would've fixed me in one day. I agreed to the 3rd option which was to pay 4 payments of $600/month. I chose this to see how the treatment gets administered. To be honest, it was quite annoying because I was driving about 20 minutes to and from this place, to only be in his office for like 5 minutes getting "treated". Doctor B would always say "that was enough for today." I wanted to ask for more to "fix" me quicker but it just didn't work that way. I was in the office twice a week driving about 1.5 hours total time to be treated for like 10 minutes. No wonder it takes so long to "fix" people. A lot of my pain was in my lower body and the first month was spent on my upper body. I chose to stop treatment because I didn't feel any improvements. I actually now developed a nagging neck pain which causes a lot of headaches and discomfort while trying to sleep. I have an appointment with another chiropractor later this week. I meant to update my review months ago when I stopped going to SBChiro. Although I found the technique that Dr Bain used very helpful, I did not agree with how he handled his business and not being upfront. My son (under 2 years of age) and I both saw Dr Bain, each paying $75, $150 total. After 5 visits he sat me in his office and told me about his plan for me. I would have to pay $2400 for this "plan" and have the choice of paying $600 a month or the full amount up front. When I told him that I would stick to the single visits for the time being because I just couldn't financially do that, his attitude changed from extremely friendly to pushy and irritated. He then told me that if I didn't choose the plan that my single visits would go up from $75 to $150!! What?! I was taken back because this was never mentioned that single visits are "originally" $150, according to Dr Bain, and that he brings it down to $75 for new patients until he works out a plan. I also think it's weird how I've spoken to 4 other patients that went to SBChiro and they're plan was the same amount of time and the same $2400. How is everyone's plan the same if we all have different injuries/complaints with our bodies? Again, I loved the treatment itself, but 100% disagree on him not being Open and upfront about how he runs his business. When I told him I needed to talk to my husband about it because it was a lot of money, his attitude changed and he asked me why I'd have to think about it if it's something benefiting me. Then I said I couldn't make my decision and he seemed to just rush me out with an attitude. No one likes a pushy person and after that appointment, it was my last. read more

Dr. Bain has helped my pain tremendously. I used to have hip pain all day and night along with some knee pain due to a car accident 5 years ago. I've gone to so many chiropractors that have sent me straight to get an MRI because it was "something bigger than they can help". They have also only made me worse.
