ALL are outstanding doctors specializing is different body limbs or spine. I find them caring and informative. Their bedside manners are wonderful. They give a full folder of instructions prior to surgery and it tells you exactly what to expect and what to prepare for. The CORE Specialty Hospital is spotlessly clean and they take excellent care of their patients. Again, I found them to be as helpful as they possibly could be. Pre-ops are a patient's responsibility to take care of with their primary, but if you wish they will do them at the hospital a couple a week or so prior to surgery. The patient's portal is available for many answers 24/7, or you can leave your question to be personally answered by staff. I'm saddened to see some dissatified comments, but I understand how pain can make life difficult. Perhaps in the future they can look back and not blame the services for what they did not understand when they were in pain. Every patient needs to advocate for their own needs, or have someone to help them do so. I will close by saying how incredibly nice it is to have on-site x-ray, CT & MRI scans. Plus, they have plenty of staff to handle your needs. Very little waiting for visits. They have a screen showing each physcians' name showing if he/she is on time or not. As a "frequent flyer", I've never had a wait time of more than 10 minutes.

When I called to schedule the woman I spoke to sounded like I was inconveniencing her. Then I was running late 6 mins late due to an accident on the highway and when I called to give a heads up the woman was rude and made no sense. She said there was a 15 mins grace period but that even being 6 mins late I could still get turned away. Upon arriving that same woman was who checked me in and had no customer service skills. Cut me off multiple times and was undermining saying "I was trying to explain if you would let me finish" not the end of the world but did put a salty taste in my mouth. The providers were worth dealing with the other unpleasant staff.

I was pleased with the overall results but in removing the Basal Cell on my forehead, Dr Tournas pressed exceedingly hard and literally left a large, noticeable dent in my forehead reminiscent of a Frankenstein scar. I will not return for any further treatment if needed to this Surgeon. I feel it was unnecessary to push so hard as to create a dent as it was the smallest spot.
