I called. A 'person' answered. They picked up at Super8 while we were on our way to planned trip to second destination,S. Padre,informed me it had been picked up and will begin troubleshooting in the morning.(Peace of mind,Priceless)! Mike,my mechanic, very knowledgeable and professional,took a personal interest in getting us on the road home on time. Kept me updated on progress, and had vehicle finished and got us on our way home On Schedule, AFTER a mobile mechanic promised help and disappeared but answered HOURS later only to give us another 'OK' But only provided another 'No Show'.Costing us another day. That can pull codes from the Transmission , , then took it for a test drive , came back and showed me it was shifting properly I asked him if I should have him change the transmission filter and oil , He said since it's a sealed transmission not unless I had an issue leave it alone , he was prompt thorough explained everything then erased some stupid chassis codes , I picked up when I changed the battery a few weeks before , all for the price he quoted which was 25% of what the dealer wanted , was rolling away at 10 am. Would recommend him anytime

Please DO NOT go with this company!!! This place is a scam. The day we got the car towed to the…read moremechanic the driver did not give us a receipt when we asked for one. He said he did not have a book receipt with him and said we can go to the office tomorrow and ask for one. The next day we go to the office and the front gates are locked during regular business hours so we call the main number and the girl who answered said they do not issue receipts to customers and refused to give out her name. She later said she will call her boss to call us and hung up in the middle of conversation. Later the boss, Ritchie, called back and also stated he does not give customers their receipts for their car insurance claims for reimbursements on towing. It was cash under the table which was not addressed yesterday when the car was towed. So in reality we paid cold cash and never got proof of service needed for car insurance and thus never got reimbursement knowing our car insurance would have glady taken care of it....this place is a scam and should be shut down as they are ripping off the local customers and literally getting away with it. :/
