The previous owner did not disclose everything that was wrong with the car and it had been sitting there awhile. I bought the car from that owner and discovered that there were other issues, which Jesses Muffler resolved for me quickly. They were very fast, diagnosed and fixed the issue same day. The car had been sitting there a few months and the previous owner had just abandoned it. I now have a good car that is running good. They need to be more attentive to the cleanliness of their waiting room, this will leave a bad impression on the customer. The glass bottle I set on the water cooler was still sitting there a week later with a discarded can.

Will be ripping their work out and taking my business somewhere else. Will update with pictures of their embarrassing work. Showed up about 2 weeks ago with my 1994 F150 with a brand new engine and transmission, headers trans lines and wiring was all new. Simply wanted Y-pipe rebuilt to fit headers and welded to the rest of the exhaust. Jesse Pinez (the owner) was there and helped translate what I wanted to the men there that did not speak English. An older guy laughed at the fact I had brought the truck in with open headers and began saying "what the f**k* multiple times and laughing ensuring I heard. He then cutting apart my Y-pipe and rewelded it together, but not without torching my transmission lines, burning the wire loom on my transmission harness and putting splatter all over the brand new lines. They charged me 125 for that service.. not even one week later it is leaking from where the header exit flange meets the Y-pipe, the man had welded the Y-pipe in such a fashion that it did not align with the header and when it got hot it deformed the header flange and bent it inwards. I brought the truck back and spoke to Jesse over the phone and he said that they would take care of it. I asked that they replace the header because the faulty work they had done had caused the damage, but instead they denied all responsibility and blamed it on old parts that did not fit together. they then decided to attempt to fix it by putting a piece of pipe into the exit of the header, welded it in, and then put another flange onto that pipe, then rewelded the Y-pipe with mismatched sized tubing... hardly a fix. Jesse's son was very helpful and translated the second time I was there, but after he had left/walked away and I was ready to pay, Gama had said 25 dollars for the fix.. to fix what they had ruined previously, then laughed at me once I had walked inside and asked what the price was, and said 40.. when I questioned him he just continued laughing at my face... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE and even after trying to let them redeem themselves by fixing what they had caused they just did worse than the first time. Will not be returning and please do not come to this shameful business that scams people to their faces. Spoke with another man outside who had brought his 14' mustang and they had done the same to him, multiple exhaust leaks, didn't know how to install long tube headers.. hacked apart his stock exhaust with a torch (bolt together exhaust) and made him wait over a week without his car for parts they thought were incorrect but had been correct the entire time.

I appreciate their willingness to make it right. ***original post below**I usually brought my Silverado here, & since my Camry needed work, I brought it here instead of the dealership. My original complaint (and still current complaint) was the front end was wobbly upon braking & at 60 MPH. Also needed oil change. 1st visit: original complaint above and their recommendations were: Alignment $89.99; Brake fluid flush $76.90; Radiator plus hoses $406.49; engine air filter $32.96; cabin filter $43.94; valve cover & gasket $98.87; rear brake pads $85; resurface rear rotors $59; PCV valve $32.96 total after labor, taxes & hazmat $1761.71 and the thing still wobbles. 2nd visit for same problem: Front brakes $85; resurface front rotors $59; total after labor, taxes, & hazmat $250.88 ***Come to find out, they only test drove it on the street, & NOT on the highway like I stated in the original problem*** 3rd visit for same problem: NOW they test drive with me in the car, and see what I'm talking about. Now they tell me that ALL the rims are bent. Quote me $772.96 for new rims. Not doing it. I have been completely and utterly robbed of my ability to choose repairs needed for my situation. Family has 2 vehicles. I drive my son to & from school 13 miles one way everyday. Because they did not listen to me & test the car on the highway originally, I am going to have $200 more in gas costs a month since I will have to drive my truck & not the car. If they did it right the first time, I could have decided to wait on all the extra repairs above & beyond what my main issue was. Now, I don't have that option.

They had to build a box for the wiring. Okay, I'm good with that. Until then they said now it won't shit off and wanted to charge us more to figure out why. Obviously, they crossed wires somewhere. Today after being overcharged for the work they did ( lack of a better term) we got the jeep back. They left the washer fluid tank out, they didn't put the dashboard back on! AND... the horn, lights, and signals don't work now!
