From start to finish, he was exceptionally professional, remarkably warm, and so easy to talk to. During my initial consultation, Dr. Paonessa took the time to walk me thoroughly through the tooth extraction procedure and clearly explained what to expect during recovery. After the procedure was finished, he provided detailed, easy-to-follow instructions on how to care for the extraction site to ensure smooth healing. His thoughtful approach completely put me at ease. His office assistants, Barbara and Caitlin, were equally fantastic--friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The office itself is in a house not in an office building on the first floor with its own convenient parking lot. While I don't plan on making tooth extractions a habit, I would recommend Dr. Paonessa and his team to anyone in a heartbeat!

Dr Paonessa is not only a DDS but MD which makes him uniquely capable of helping my particular surgery that was complicated with a medical condition. Throughout the entire process, I had confidence with his ability and all his recommendations. He has great bedside manner and really makes you feel informed and at ease. I have very high standards and he met them all. I will not hesitate to recommend him to everyone who needs an oral surgeon in the future!

As luck would have it, my 11 year old knocked out 1 of his adult front teeth while we were on vacation a few weeks ago. We were across the country and Dr. Sinnarajah called a colleague and had him seen as an emergency to protect his nerve root. When we returned to NY, Dr. Sinnarajah worked her magic and repaired his tooth. I truly am so grateful for her care. This woman goes above and beyond for her patients and her work is impeccable. As a mother having the same teeth issue as my son, I am soo greatful to have found such a great Dr that knows so much about our condition and cares soo much about making sure that we understand what's going on inside his ( my son's ) little mouth. I had a very badly treated root canal which then led me to a surgeon due to the fact my old dentist couldn't figure out " what was wrong " from me getting an Apicoectomy for no reason to meeting Dr. Kara and literally finding out the issue with in the first visit..... just off of my symptoms. he is very caring takes the time to know his patients and explains everything in full details also is 100% honest with you. He even shows you the work that is being done with pictures as he is working which is actually pretty cool even though at first( I didn't want to look ). he even called me for a follow up to see how I was doing. I came to him in so much pain sleepless nights and he didn't let me go home that day until he was able to help me. I really do appreciate all the work he has done and happy to finally find a dentist that is great at doing his work. Oh also he saved my tooth from being removed as my surgeon suggested due to the pain I was having he said " if your still in that much pain then you should just get the tooth pulled " terrible.
