He explained why and how it happens, told me exactly what he was doing during the entire procedure, also showing me the scans and measurements and explaining every tool and showing them to me. He was friendly, funny, nice, professional. I had a lot of anxiety and it just melted away because he was so caring. Plus I hate dental needles and it's the first time I barely even felt them, even though I had to get several. He kept telling me how much time was left and asking if I felt anything ( which I didn't, it was a comfortable procedure). After, he explained all the aftercare, all the meds, all the ifs like if I suddenly had more pain etc. he was amazing, best dentist I ever went to! He explained that he was making the hole very small because my crown on it still looked in good shape and a small hole would save the crown so I would only have to get a small filling instead of a new crown. I'll be recommending him to everyone. plus the practice was amazing, getting me in immediately when I was in extreme pain, handling getting my dental records instead of making ME do it, kept calling to check on me. very beautiful, clean professional office and workers. Absolutely would go back there, I may even switch to their practice for everything.

I recently had to have a tooth extracted and, agreed to an implant. Dr Babayev's extraction and procedure for the implant were painless both during and after. I did not have swelling or pain. I appreciated his honesty and explanation as to where/why I needed an implant. I gave review 5 stars for them. And while the work I had done by Dr Isaacs looks great and, he provided an explanation for what he thought was best, I waited 45 minutes in the chair for him without an apology or introduction. He did not address me as a patient, having discussions with staff during my dental work. He then 'gave me a break'? I didn't ask for so, I was quite late for work.

He went and accused me of going there for a second opinion which he rudely said he doesn't do. I repeated to him that he needs to read the referral letter as it clearly says it's for his opinion to evaluate me. He insisted that it said that it said to pull as that was exactly what it says. Then he went onto tell me his procedure which he explained that he does bone graft which I explained that I wasn't interested in bone graft and he said that bone graft is required for every implant. I i formed him that I was under the impression that a 3d scanner was required to evaluate the bone and he gave a snappy response saying what kinda dentist did I go to as if I went to a crappie dentist and that they must of put bone graft and just didn't tell me. In all honesty I think it's low class to try and bad mouth other establishments as if your own establishment is not top shelf as well, this guy gives the impression as a fast talking salesman rather then an oral surgeon trying to make 1600 dollars on bone grafting. Sitting on top of a crappie restaurant has gotten to this Oral surgeons head that he needs to be opinionated on other establishments and outright lie to make a sale. It is well documented in the implant industry that it's 50/50 for the need for bone grafting. Im not to keen to having some deceased person bone in my mouth

The relentless pursuit to take an unnecessary x-ray was unreal to me... I said No too many times…read moreto let it slide. This is no way to treat people. The bottom line is that it was unnecessary, even according to The AMERICAN DENTAL ASSOCIATION. Look it up, and you'll see that an adult with good oral health and low risk of dental problems should have x-rays taken 24 to 36 months. Realize even though it probably won't give you cancer... why the extra risk... I just told the people there I Just had them taken 4 months ago, and they were fine... Also, they are supposed to do an oral exam first to access if an x-ray is even needed. they skipped this step, and I believe that breaks the ethical guidelines; which obviously are to use the least possible amount of x-ray exposure necessary. But they didn't even mention till I was about to leave, that I can have my x-ray sent over from a few months ago; as if it was a final ditch option. I believe the x-ray on file was from within a 3-year period but they should have done their homework before calling me in for a teeth cleaning and then telling me they can't clean my teeth without an X-ray. SMH. And they really did try everything to pressure me into the Xray. At one point 3 people are there telling me all sorts of feer bait (nonrealistic things to say to someone who has had "no cavities ever") to make me think it was a good idea. And nothing they said made sense because I kept telling her I just had it done not long ago (which i did), so I'm not scared. Too many people don't make good calls and walk in like sheep, and they got used to nobody knowing about how they are supposed to do their job. Don't be stupid, don't take xrays you don't need. But also don't skip it when you do need it. These people gotta quit being greedy. What really got me was how at the beginning of the conversation I was allowed to sign a waiver to not get x rays but suddenly, with the form in the office lady's hand; she says the doctor refuses to see me unless I take X-rays. They basically thought I was soft or possibly already processed paperwork. Something felt like I was being targeted like "Watch me work the Xray on him" attitude. I even said to them it feels like its only about the money.

I brought the cap to Dr. Smith and told him about the smell and insisted it was nothing and put the cap back in place. The next morning I woke up in severe pain, called Dr. Smith and he said that its fine to just rinse with salt water. The following day pain was even worse and an abscess had formed. I went to see Dr. Smith a second time and says now the tooth needed to be removed. I went to an oral surgeon to have the tooth removed and the surgeon informed me that the infection had eaten deep into my jawbone. I was treated with antibiotics from the surgeon.
