Alina has been incredible every step of the way. First of all, she started w/ assisting my parents, who are 80 y/o, purchase a home. She would spend ENTIRE days with them, carting them from house to house. My parents would argue over the different options, so as you can imagine, it became a very long process! Unfortunately for Alina, the home value was quite low, so her commission was low. For the amount of work that she did, she was significantly underpaid. In spite of this, she never complained and continued to work diligently to find the right home, even suggesting a lower price, leading to an even lower commission.
