The improv "games" they were playing were anything from hard-to-follow to completely over my head. And yes, I've been to a lot of improv. There are both pros and cons: Pro:…read more The amount of preparation by the actors becomes obvious as their performances are usually excellent. Cons: The new seats are designed for small people. Seats are narrow with little to no leg room. During musical performances, song lyrics often tell the story, but the live orchestra is always so loud it usually drowns out the lyrics. So, while the actors are doing their best, unfortunately, their singing simply can't be heard.

Even the cosmos, where his constellation is fading from view. He is attended by figures of the court representing love, science, loyal companionship, even a representative of those whose drudgery keeps the whole place working and after all, one with the good sense to help him let go of his crumbling control and go on into death with acceptance, That is just one reading of the play, but all the actors are so good and the production so tight that one forgets how ridiculous is this whole kingdom and feels for the pathetic king and his attendants. An acquaintance recommended that we attend a show and, at only $15/ticket, I decided that it was worth a look see. I really appreciate the different textures in the lobby. Very interesting to look at. The artwork hanging is quite nice. Super friendly staff as you enter the lobby. They keep record of your ticket purchase and provide a program. Super easy. No stress in attempting to locate your ticket. A bar with beverages available for purchase is located in the lobby. The theater itself is big enough and small enough for comfort. I don't think it's possible to get a bad seat. It was cool to see a local live production. iDiOM is conveniently located just steps away from Bellingham Cider Co within the same building. Perfect dinner/drinks and a show combination.

"Legally Blonde " sounded like a bunch of women SCREECHING at the top of their lungs! Very Very disappointing, yet this venue continues to disappoint on a large scale! SHAME ON THEM, Unfortunately we weren't even seated near the Orchestra. Typically an Orchestra is in the "pit", where it doesn't Drown out everything else. Very, very disappointing, the Sound Tech's were unable to monitor the problem, but seemed emphatic and aware of the problem! Yet they continue to dissapoint.

Season after season I look forward to coming to this great diamond in the rough. I did find out it is best to have season tickets however as there have been several shows during their run that have sold out making it impossible to get a seat.
