Not only did he go out of his way to change his own schedule to make our timeframe work, he did it with minimal notice and was an absolute pleasure to communicate with as we figured out the details. He is a true artist, as evidenced by the breathtaking images he captured for us. He has such an eye for catching those special moments; just looking at the pictures allows me to relive every bit of the emotion behind them. And incredibly quick turnaround time- we got our sample shots just days after the ceremony! Robert is so knowledgeable about the best locations and was so generous in giving us his time to take us to a number of incredible spots. Case in point, even as we dropped him off at the water taxi he had a few minutes to spare and offered to take more shots there! In fact, when he pointed to her, my immediate instinct was to think that she was one of our friends because she waved and looked so friendly. Not only was Sarah kind and responsive throughout the communication process of setting things up for the big surprise, but another plus was the option to pay via credit card online. We are extremely pleased with the output of her work! Creative angles, perfectly timed snapshots of our expressions, and overall, flawless execution! I really appreciate the logistics of it all too. She had to arrive with plenty of time, keep an eye out for us, and really work under pressure! A USB of both color and black and white photos was mailed to us with a personalized handwritten card within 2 weeks, and oh! The day of the wedding, Sarah and her assistant Beckie came early to take "getting ready" photos of both parties. Then, we headed to a nearby park to take wedding party photos. Sarah and Beckie continued to keep the energy light and happy throughout the 2 hour shoot before the wedding. The wedding ceremony, reception, family and dance photos are exceptional. Writing a review here in hopes that i'll get some sort of contact info from someone or resolve. Didn't have it in the budget to pay 2 DJ's.

It has been over 2 months of silence now. Still no refund and no response from Matt. Matt even had the audacity to send a threatening email saying this: "If I find anyone posting false or misleading statements about this situation and/or my character, I will file a cease and desist letter and file in court. I've had to do this with two people already and I don't take it lightly. (you know who you are) In other words, if you make it difficult for me to find work and make a living like a normal human being, this affects my ability to pay you back!" The only positive was that Matt provided us with the contact info for another DJ who was thankfully able to work my wedding on such short notice but paying for 2 DJs was definitely not in our budget.
