I ordered stuff online and the size was wrong so I drove to the store to return it i was told they can only give me a store credit. They wrote it down in there book a few months later I returned to the store to use my credit and they told me sorry we don't have any record of your credit. Basically they robbed me What a discussing way to treat a customer they basically weren't even trying to resolve it. Shame on you read more

Possibly the worst retail experience I've ever had combined with the rudest customer service. Placed an order from their website. Three days later I received a shipping confirmation. The package never arrived. I emailed the company. No response. My doormen searched the package room for an hour. Nothing. Called on a Sunday and they told me they were too busy and would call me back on Monday. Never heard back. Called them back. Their response is that their website is a "courtesy" to people on the web but that they do most of their business in the store and aren't really interested in servicing the website. Esther said that they didn't have any of the items in stock and that Yahoo must have generated a shipping label and confirmation on their own. I asked why she didn't bother to let us know things were out of stock. Her response was that they're not really interested in giving customer service to web orders. I asked to speak with the owner (whom I could hear in the background) to see how they planned on rectifying this. Esther relayed her version of events to the owner who said that they were not interested in rectifying anything. Avoid this store. read more

VP Records was an integral part of spreading reggae music all over the world - this landmark is a must-visit for music fans or collectors of vinyl records. The record store moved from Brooklyn in 1975 to its current location in Jamaica, Queens around 1979. Patricia Chin (Miss Pat) and her husband Vincent "Randy" Chin also co-founded Randy's Record Mart and Studio 17 in Kingston, Jamaica. The origins of VP Records can be traced back to the late 1950s when Mr. Chin worked for a jukebox company in Jamaica (the island). He would change out the worn records from the jukebox, which would normally be thrown away, but he had the idea of selling the 45s. This record shop has an incredible selection of Caribbean music so whether you are looking for reggae, ska, dub, rocksteady, lover's rock, dancehall, or soca you will find it here. Reggae music is much more than Bob Marley's Legend and Jimmy Cliff's Harder They Come soundtrack. I ordered 2 shirts online as I live out of the country. It's 30 days later and not an email has been sent to keep me updated on my order. My daughter was suppose to bring to camp but that won't happen now. I also sent family members in and they were turned away by the staff saying the order wasn't ready. ive tried calling 50 times, no answer. How do you allow an animal murderer to work with children? This pig had no problem breaking the bones of a puppy, cracking his ribs and splitting his liver in half. This dog had internal injuries due to blunt force trauma, this WHALE of a woman probably kicked that poor dog and did nothing while her pig husband did the same. If I could give it less stars I would. I would NEVER EVER shop at a store that has a manager that BEATS DOGS TO DEATH. Just sick. She should be fired. If they can do that to dogs, who's to say they wouldn't do the same to children. I'm disgusted. I hope your manager Jessica is FIRED. read more
