These reviews make me laugh! Who hurt these women?! I discovered Debbie/Trinkets on social media. I purchased a few things that I didn't love and Debbie was SO ACCOMMODATING! She let me switch out what I didn't like and guided me through some items she knew would look great on my body! She is honest and knowledgeable & always a text or call away. I had such a great experience shopping there on my own that I brought all the women in my family. Guess what? Now we all love it there and shopping together is a blast. Go see Debbie & her staff, tell them exactly what you are looking for & your size. They know where everything is and will take great care of you. PS- they ship! Wish I read some on these reviews before I went. Definitely ZERO star worthy. No greeting, messy store, curt staff. A staff person, who was done assisting someone walked past me so I asked her for 2 prices, she reluctantly answered and after I said it was fine, she insisted on finding out. She told me the price and turned to two other women and apologized for the delay. Mind you she was done assisting them. Awful! If I could give negative stars I would. Went here with my daughter today. The store is a mess. Nobody came over to greet us or ask if we needed help. We started picking up some tops and I asked a sales person for another size. She went to look, but then another salesperson came over to tell me to put the stuff down and we should wait for someone to help us. She said have you been here before? Do you know our store policy? You need to wait your turn and there are other people ahead of you who need help. I turned to look at my daughter and then the salesperson repeated herself it was so rude! If you have a policy let the people know when they first walk in. We were in there for 10 min!! If you would have explained your policy to us with respect we would have stayed. I will never go back here. Terrible customer service terrible attitudes. read more

They claim to be cheaper than the competition, yet I paid 30 each for shirts with tags cut out, which should've signaled a warning. I bought them and when I got home to do research I found them on rue 21 website for 14.99 each. I should have known better. The place is not honestly run, and I will never ever return. read more

I went to this store with my daughter and it was magical.....like a high end bazaar. Every time we turned around the staff (who were super friendly) was pulling out another cool item for my daughter. That store is a treasure chest of good buys. I was totally shocked by the negative comments i read. Had the absolute worst experience at trinkets in hewlett. I have been a customer there for many years and have spent a ton of money there in the past. However today was different, workers were so rude and nasty, there were no directions outside the store or organization to Instruct the customers on how to shop there and where to wait. One lady specifically with long brown curly hair was very nasty to me and my friend and did NOT help us at all. Very nasty employees would NOT recommend wasting your time and money there. Store is also a mess and so disorganized all the clothes are stacked in piles on the floor and your not even allowed to touch the clothes when you shop or else they yell at you. Take your money else where, most of the time mystique boutique has the same stuff but cheaper. read more

Don't waste your time or money. Most of the stuff is crap. The staff are incredibly rude unless they know you or think you're "A list". They're all social climbers, so if they can help someone who they can climb up, they're in. If you're a "nobody" to them, they'll treat you as such. You can get the same shit at 1000 other stores. Went in to buy some shirts and they won't let you look at the clothes yourself? Staff was incredibly disrespectful as well as not helpful. I was looking forward to checking this place out after complimenting a friend on her necklace. She raved about the place but did warn the store is small with things scattered about. Upon walking in I was eyed up and down by the Jappiest employees and patrons and was told they would show me the tops because the are all folded. I have been a customer here for years, never had a complaint. However, after my experience today I am absolutely DISGUSTED and will never go again. I have never experienced such rude treatment in my life. I was completely ignored when I asked for a shirt in my size. When I asked politely again, I was actually told by one of the workers "that she was too busy". I then waited on line for the fitting room only for yet another worker to put a customer BEFORE ME. While looking at clothes, a worker proceeded to step in front of me completely blocking my view to attend to another customer. I will tell everyone I once recommended this place to, to never spend a dime in that store let alone step foot inside. The women that work there are horrible, rude, and pompous. Their nasty behavior cost them a once very loyal customer. Don't go to Trinkets unless you plan on being ignored because you're not "somebody" to the staff or treated equally as disrespectfully by the over entitled customers. read more
