Really Really pissed off with Sox World Plus. My daughter needed new underwear, and purchased some black hipsters from the store. She wanted them in white, so the store said they would order them, and they would call. They called, and since I work and the store does not have early hours or late hours, nor is open on Saturday at all, I had to wait until a Sunday to come in. I called and told them this, and the EXACT date of my coming in to pick up my order, and was assured it would be there for me. When I got to the store, my order was in fact not there, but I was told they had either given it away to some or else or put the item back on the rack. No matter though because they were out of the underwear in that color......again. What was their reaction? Nada, nothing, not an I'm so sorry, let me order them again and mail them out.......NOTHING. They let me walk out the door with not even a "wait, we can help you". They just blabbed about "oh, we only wait two weeks and.......". Well, okay, BUT I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE WAITING FOR ME, and I called in advance!! I went ahead to the website and ordered them myself. I hope they know that treating a customer in this manner is the worst kind of customer service. They really upset me about this, first by giving my order away and/or not waiting, and their handling of it when I showed up in person was just completely wrong wrong wrong. They have forever lost a good customer. read more
