Debbie that works here is very kind and sweet. Had a wonderful first time experience here. Just moved to Orange county and I'm used to drinking alkaline water. I started going to the Whole Foods water machine and let me tell you there is no comparison to the water quality the best believe me. Convenient water stations outside the business for a quick fill up. Apple Pay is acceptable here, but it doesn't work. Luckily I brought my debt card and was able to tap the card reader and got my 5 gallons of Alka water. I told the employee inside who quickly notified the owners, to which I hope this issue is fixed, otherwise I'll try another store down the street. Inside the store is very clean and organized, again the employee today was very helpful. If you don't have a 3-5 gallon bottle, don't worry they sell all sizes. 3 stars because Apple Pay wasn't working, but over all- I'd go as far as 4 stars, just wished they offered water with fluoride. I had an issue and needed to do a return and the guy was really chill and got it all taken care of no questions asked. I was helping a friend set up for his kid's birthday party this past weekend, and realized that we needed a lot of water for some beverages we were preparing for the kids. His brita wasn't cutting it and we didn't want to use tap water, so I took to yelp to find a water store. Lo and behold, I found this little gem less than half a mile away from my buddy's place. I walked in and saw a few other patrons at the store. I was kindly greeted by one of the tallest asian dudes I've ever seen. I'm assuming he was the owner and asked if I needed any help with anything. I let him know that I needed a bunch of water for some juice/punch we were making for a party and he asked if I had brought any bottles or jugs to fill. I said that I didn't, and he asked how much water I needed. I pointed to one of those 5 gallon jugs on the wall and told him that would pretty much do it. He said no problem, grabbed the jug, rinsed it out, and filled the jug for me with the reverse osmosis purified water. .50 cents a gallon for the regular purified water, not bad. As he was filling the jug, I noticed the other filling station that said "alkaline mineral" and I asked him what the alkaline water was all about and he started giving me an explanation on what it was. This guy was obviously very passionate about his water and was very proud of his product. He actually gave me a free bottle of the alkaline water for me to try and sample! He also told me about his water vending machines outside, for whenever anyone needed water when the store was closed. I thanked him, and he shook my hand and introduced himself as Dan. Dan you're the man. You honestly don't see this kind of customer service now a days. P.S. this place is right across the street from a Raising Canes!!! Freaking love that place. read more

We saw this water store on the way home as it is conveniently located near the 5 fwy. We had our empty bottles we were going to fill anyways so we decided to stop by. They have alkaline water for $2.00 per gallon and Reverse osmosis water for $.50 per gallon. The water tasted fresh and clean!! The attendant inside was very nice and helpful. The store is really clean and they also have a station to rinse your bottle. There is a large selection of bottles and dispensers also. We saw that there were vending machines outside for both alkaline and reverse osmosis water. It even accepts credit cards! This will be really convenient after hours. Horrible water store. Outside Water Machines unable to accept credit cards and only $5 and $1 bills. Lady behind the counter not friendly. Their PH on their Alkaline water is 7.0 and supposed to 9.5. Never coming here again. Stay away. read more

The ph is actually higher test it!!! Been shopping here for 2 years what a underrated gem the ph9+ is actually 10ph+ at $2 a gallon its a blessing. Ppl pay $3.99 for Essentia 1L bottle but $2 a gallon of higher PH is expensive eh lol The $.50 per gallon water is 6.5ph so if you mix the 10ph and that you get 8 plus ph for cheap. At home we cant drink anything but the ph10 its so tasty also you will notice health difference in mood skin and hair also tea and coffee get a major bump in taste.
