We found All4Fun Jumpers in a FB forum community group, and were so happy to work with their team! From start to finish, Maria, who I was in constant contact with was very friendly, informative and worked with me to understand what we needed for the space we had and also their cancellation policy in rainy months (such as February). The weather was so up and down the whole week; it made us feel better that we had up until 24 hours to cancel the bouncy. Fortunately everything worked out and we had them put a tarp down to keep the feet from the soggy grass. The guys that set-up the bouncy were also super friendly, professional and quick. I believe it only took about 20 minutes to set-up, and they checked with me before they left. Pick-up was quick and easy - they were about 30 min late, but that wasn't a huge deal. The jumper itself was clean, was able to customize the picture on the banner to match our theme and was definitely the highlight of the party! Would use this company again for the amazing service and quality they provide!

Highly recommend All 4 Fun Jumpers! Maria is extremely helpful and goes above & beyond to make it happen! I reached out to All 4 Fun two days before my impromptu event and they were super responsive in sending me all the options they had to fit my needs. I appreciated that they were able to send everything via text. They were very communicative and helped get my water slide booked with two days notice. They were very punctual which was awesome. They dropped off and picked up the item right on time and even gave me the option to choose a pick up time. Maria and her team were all very professional, easy to work with, efficient and SUPER friendly! Last minute (again) I wanted to rent a combo jumper waterslide for my girls backyard birthday and Maria (and team) were accommodating and helpful with my rental. Everything was handled swiftly by text, email, and phone. It was such a breeze! In the the midst of the pandemic, the delivery of the jumper waterslide was quick and with precautions for covid. The pick up was even faster, I didn't even realize they were all packed up and gone! Again super friendly, professional and easy to work with! They made our party great!! Arrived to set up early, brought everything needed, supplied beautiful tables and chairs (all were immaculate clean) linens of my color choice, porta potties were pristine, jumpers for the kids were sanitized, AND THEN best of all- the food was delicious, freshly prepared in batches that were ready for guests not to have to wait in long lines, wonderful variety, plentiful and served very professionally. They gave us an option to stay longer for our straggling guests and were very gracious to all. Clean up was a joy! Also, they suggested heaters which were very much appreciated by our guests. We don't do this very often but look forward to working with them again! read more

Well my first time using them was awesome. 2nd time it rained on the day my jumpy was delivered, they still brought it but it rained the WHOLE DAY and they won't give me a refund. It shouldn't of been delivered at all ! read more

Maria was very helpful throughout the scheduling, booking and delivery process. It was a very nice bouncy house and my daughter and her friends had a wonderful time. Only problem we had was the pickup was scheduled the next day at 7:00 am because they didn't have anybody to pick it up. If I knew about that early on, I would have not agreed to it and just stick to the original pickup time I booked. It was a long tiring party and we weren't planning on getting up that early. * hi Maria, the lady who called me said it will be picked up between 9:00 - 2pm, not 7:00 am because if she would have said that I would have not agreed to it. But no worries, I understand but I will learn to say no next time. It's still a great bouncer and kids enjoyed it. read more

Cant say enough great things about this business that supports our veteran community and Warfighter Made (locally ran 501(c)(3) non profit to help our injured veterans), All4funjumpers!!! They are simply awesome when it comes to their customer service, pop corn and their jolly jump cleanliness!!!!! Very honest, reasonable in their prices, and very prompt!!! They are fully insured too!!!! They brought out a great jolly jump, their employees made sure everything was sanitized, set up how we needed it to be, were prompt, and very very courteous!!!! So far, so good! The reservation process was seamless. They except cash on delivery, or you can pay by credit card. There is a special for $10.00 off, which includes 2 tables, and 12 chairs for your feedback on FaceBook, and google business. I had issues with another company cancelling our jumper on a Saturday morning. I called around feverishly looking for a replacement with little luck. Finally I ran across All 4 Fun. I got in touch with a woman named Maria who had an open ear and was willing to help out. Within 2 hours she sent us a jumper and my sons birthday party went off without a hitch! She even worked out a late pickup so the kids had more time to enjoy themselves. All instructions as far as clean up and pick up time were explained in detail. I cannot say enough wonderful things about All 4 Fun Jumpers and some things really stood out... To begin, this was the second year we rented jumpers from Maria and All 4 Fun Jumpers and I really appreciated how attentive and prompt she was when answering texts and calls. She was very accommodating and helpful, too. When I couldn't decide which jumper to get, she was patient and offered to send photos of all options and more. And when we realized we had forgotten to check the jumper for balls and toys after the party this year, Maria quickly asked her husband, Gabe, to check and sure enough a TON were still in there! They even sent me a video clip of the good news and the collection, which definately made our day. Maria and Gabe went BEYOND any expectations by even dropping off everything at our house-- totally unnecessary but VERY considerate. Talk about amazing customer service! In addition, the day of the party, Jacob set up the large jumper quickly and we appreciated his suggestions in terms of position, etc. The jumpers, tables and chairs (this year and last) were all extremely clean and in fantastic condition. Drop-off and pick-up also went very smoothly. For all these reasons, I HIGHLY recommend All 4 Fun Jumpers, and hope you choose them for your next party, too. I have used All 4 Jumpers in the past many times for personal use and will continue to do so. Their prices are comparable, communication is great and delivery/pickup times are timely and accurate. Recently I participated in a fundraiser for a local non-profit and requested the donation of product use at the event. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Maria telling me they would be donating the use of their products. The jumper and snow cone machine were a perfect addition and really helped raise money for mothers and children in the Elsinore and surrounding areas. read more

Maria was a lifesaver! I contacted her last minute during busy graduation season to request a water slide and she was able to hook our party up during one of the hottest weekends in June. Check in on yelp and you get a table and some chairs to set up alongside the slide as well. I did shop around and got different quotes and you can't beat their prices. The staff that came to set up and pick up was great. Definitely going to use them again and highly recommend them for all your party needs. read more

I won a gift certificate for a cotton candy machine from all 4 fun jumpers. Maria was very sweet and gave me all the information I requested. I went to pick it up and they were all very nice, even helped with a table for the cotton candy machine. They showed me how to work it and how to clean it. I would definitely recommend. This company is fabulous! Maria is so warm and sweet. She makes you feel very comfortable even when I asked a million questions, she didn't make me feel dumb or unknowledgable. She also gave me a very good deal and is very affordable. $$ which is always a bonus. I was going between two different companies and chose her because she has amazing customer service and responded very quickly. I love this company! I originally called with an unlimited amount to spend for my daughters birthday, later that day finding out my husband lost his job. So I called Maria back for cancelation, and ended up talking to the most caring person ever. I was not treated just as a paying customer but a friend. I wish company's like this still existed. She gave me an AMAZING deal on the best slip n slide ever, and topped it off with a snow cone machine which was a huge hit!! I called maria in a panic saturday trying to get a price on a jumper at the last minute becuase I was having our baby shower sunday and I wanted to keep these kids busy so they didn't destroy my damn house. She was so quick and got everything done right away and sure enough the next morning i was greeted with a smile from Duane. He was awesome, rolled it right in and got everything set up quick. and he was still smiling when he came to pick up the jumper. Excellent customer service! read more

just used them this past Saturday for my sons birthday party. The bounce house was a hit. The staff was professional both on the phone and in person. They called me the day before to give me a one hour window in which they would arrive on the day of the event. The bounce house was clean. Everything was perfect. My 3 year old daughter was sad to see the bounce house leave at the end of the day. We promised her we would have it back for her birthday in December. They immediately answered and after I explained my situation, the gentleman said he could be here in 15 minutes with the jumper I want, just to go on their website and pick one. He stayed on the phone with me while I looked to answer any questions I had. Arrived 15 minutes later, setup quick and saved the day. We had a jumper for our party and couldn't have been more grateful. They are kind and quick and will definitely be getting referrals and repeat business from us! ok, so I love to support locally, but they also have to be a good company that cares..! I have rented from this place 3 times, and love LOVE THEM..They always work out nice deals for combos, like the water slide, and hot dog machine..(my fav) omg. and so super nice. love the prices, and if you find them on facebook, and like their page and mention it, she does things, like gives you $10 off and free rental of table and chairs..(not sure if it is always the same) but just go like their facebook page, and man. I love this family too! ALWAYS, donating their rentals to fundraisers like, for adoption of pets, etc. yardsale fundraiser that I went to for collection to help a family who lost a mom to cancer..Just so sweet, and cannot CANNOT BEAT THEIR PRICES..thank you Maria, and all 4 fun jumpers..cant wait to get that waterslide for 4th of july again, and that hot dog machine..lol..oh and maybe that snow cone machine..:) I honestly have so many good things to say, and not enough room..AH heck, just call them if you need a jumper, or any party supplies, and thats all I need to say! read more

I called around for quotes and noticed that other companies weren't answering their phones or did not give me the any time to answer my questions, they made me feel rushed. 1st they answered their phone and were very patient with me. I had a few questions and concerns. Felt really good and gave them a shot. Loved that they emailed me a confirmation & called me on the day before to confirm. Their excellent customer service extended to the day of my party and after my party. They helped me make my daughters party a success!!!
