I came in on a busy Saturday looking for gender reveal cannons. I didn't have the gender in an envelope, it was lab results on my phone that I hadn't opened or looked at. The girl who helped me knew exactly what to look for on the lab results and even made sure to exit the results so I didn't accidentally see them. She was so sweet and seemed really happy to be able to help us, she brought the cannons out and charged me. She did let me know not to look at the screen because it does say the gender when charged. Once my transaction was done she made sure it disappeared from the screen so I didn't accidentally see the gender. She also used a black out marker to hide the gender on the cannon. I wish I would have gotten her name because she does deserve the recognition for going above and beyond for us. (Thank you!!) The store is huge and has an awesome selection of piñatas, candies, snacks, goodies, & decorations. Everything seems like it's priced reasonably. I just bought 3 cannons, candy, & squishies that all totaled to about $35. I'll definitely be returning for our party needs. read more

Been to the their new location in Temecula, CA. Really clean and organized. Has all your Mexican candies and supplies. They have birthday supplies, condiments of all kinds from Chamoy to raspados syrups. Cups with Chamoy and dips. They have plates, cups and serving dishes. Even piggy banks. Mexican Party Store!! I just recently discovered this candy store as I was looking for custom piñatas. They have many star-shaped piñata options and they look pretty sturdy. They have a huge selection of Mexican candies and many other goodies. Customer service was great. The only issue we had was the aisles were small and they had lots of stuff on the floor it made it hard to walk around and our stroll was not able to go into every aisles due to the over stocked they had on the floors. read more

Ok this is about an encounter 1 month ago. I have had time to cool off but have some suggestions. First of all, I would like to suggest placing a price tag UNDER or around everything or some sort of reference on pricing. This will eliminate needless encounters of having to hunt down the limited staff you have. (Most things on shelves have them but free floating boxes do not) My experience: mind you that it happened a month ago and apparently management nit pick events on accuracy. Ok so i went in for tostitos and balloons. I was happy to see the tostitos from mexico, however there were no signs on the boxes. I looked around on my own since i dont like to disturb people(im an introvert). I looked multiple times too and finally went to a person to ask (the cashier). She said that i could buy individually but also buy mutliple for a discount. Ok i was willing to buy the whole box (ive been to other mexican stores and know the drill) but since i didnt need the whole box and was given the option, I grabbed like 10 bags. I go to checkout and she loses it. She yells, "no! Where did you get these. We dont sell these individually" and calls someone to go get the box. She says "we sell the American ones individually, did you see those?" No I didnt see them but i also didnt want those. I say no and also asks the other person to grab some. At this point im mad. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THERE WERE 2 KINDS. If i had known i would have clarified BUT YOURE THE ONE THAT WORKS HERE AND YOU ARE THE ONE THAT KNOWS THERE ARE 2. you cant get mad at me for that, i had clearly JUST asked you. Mistakes happen i guess. Well she doesnt apologize but she seems to calm down to get me to buy the others. I say im good. And she says "theyre the same thing its just we dont sell these individually because theyre from mexico" you cant tell me theyre the same thing when there is obviously a diff for you to yell at me. Why go thru the bother of getting them from mexico if theyre the same thing? Why sell them differently if theyre the same thing? Thats because they're not! Like i mentioned i would have gotten the whole box but was so upset i didnt. How about you dont yell at your customers? Signs could have saved me from this pointless encounter, now I'll probably never return. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! We bought some candy for Halloween and all the candy were BAD. I felt sick after eating one of the chocolates. My mom went to the store to let them know and they refused to allow her to return the candy. Someone can get very sick. We are even considering calling the health department, they were just so bad. read more

Hahahahaha heres a lame attempt to cover up terrible service. The fact of the matter is there were 3 employees there and we can verify that on your cameras as well so you can eat your own words. We can also verify the fact everyone else was assisted before you even approached me crying about me looking at some balloons. Oh and you failed to mention the "register" your so concerned about was used to store miscellaneous items on top of it and not used to take money, I find it funny how you try to clarify but yet you want to mislead the facts buddy. But hey maybe if you worked on your customer service skills and time management you might not have other 1 star reviews. Hell your customers are even getting sick eating your candy and can't even make it right, this was just 3 days ago LMFAO. Who the heck needs a manager to return candy??!!! Wow!!!
