Takes awhile to get on the books for an appointment, because he is so busy, because he is so good! He doesn't need a review on here, he gets all his clients by word of mouth. However, that is not what I found. At my diagnostic conference I learned they use Dr. Peter McCollough's protocol to treat Long Covid. His protocol, using Ivermectin, has been discredited for years, yet he still promotes it. Baylor's Health System where he was employed has disassociated itself from him. Texas A&M College of Medicine removed him from their faculty. And the American Board of Internal Medicine has revoked his certifications. Because LI is using this discredited protocol, I felt I could not trust their other very numerous supplement recommendations. In addition, LI does not believe in taking any Covid Vaccines, believes the vaccines are causing my problems, and advised against the boosters, despite my explaining that I've never had an adverse reaction to any of the boosters, only tremendous problems from my two actual cases of Covid illness. While I believe vaccine injury is real for some people, that is not my case. I am doing everything possible to prevent another Covid illness, but they advised me not to wear a mask or get another vaccine. We clearly were in 2 different camps. Had I known this from the beginning, I would have saved myself a great deal of money and 4-5 months of waiting to get help. While some of their lifestyle suggestions were helpful, and I don't doubt they have helped others with different health issues, I am looking elsewhere for Long Covid treatment.

However, when it comes to education of her patient and operation of her office, she comes off very abrasive and condescending. Rather than attempting to have a conversation about the treatment she is prescribing, she gives you "generalized" papers that appears as though they were just copied from a book. The patient is pressed quickly for payment and feels rushed out of the office. Voicemails (questions) and online questions go unanswered. It makes the patient feel unvalued and unimportant. I have never seen any office staff or other patients in the office while I am there. Seems very odd. She has had conversations with her vendors/computer providers with me in her office. She was very pushy to the point of being extremely rude, not to mention a waste of my time. While I value her expertise in her field, I cannot continue to go to her. She doesn't know how to run a medical practice, which is sad, given her obvious knowledge of her subject matter.

That was when my trust in Brain Fitness as a credible, ethical business fell apart. The machine I rented did not work properly & I would have never known if I didn't do the several in office visits first. I returned the machine in 2 days. Kristi at first, said she wanted me to be happy & did return some of my money for the faulty machine but charged me a "credit card fee" & proceeded to scold me via an email for returning the machine & that she doesn't give refunds & she would not return my entire payment. WOW. I really liked Kristi & connected very well with her, but after the machine mishap, I experienced her true colors. I was pretty hurt & disappointed that I was made to feel responsible for her faulty, very expensive equipment that doesn't work properly. And if Kristi wants to use an excuse of "user error" then the technology shouldn't be so complicated on a very expensive medical device that you can bring home to use on your entire family! Seems like it should be used only under a supervised, trained professional if it can actually do what it miraculously claims to do. I wasted a lot of money & time on this therapy which provided zero results & in the end I was made to feel like I had done something wrong! I should have just done a chargeback on my credit card but I wanted to just get over the entire bad experience & move on.
