Annual was thorough, all questions were answered. I did not feel rushed. I did not wait a long time in the waiting area and never have. I know in that business, you can't control all the visits as some may seem simple but end up complicated. I don't mind waiting longer, if needed, as I know the care and focus being provided to someone else will also be extended to me. The person that checked me out was friendly and efficient.

My child's appt was at 3:40pm, I had to leave work early in order to make the offices time frame as they only schedule physicals at their convenience. We arrived on time. This was our first time at this office as my Md's office, had suddenly closed last year. Trying to establish my children in a practice. My fault, I had made the appts at work, I forgot to write down the information, and had expected a call as when I made the appt, asked for a reminder call. I did get a reminder call about 1 child's appt, but not the other one, they had a 4:00pm appt that day. I had to cancel that and reschedule. So after waiting, at almost 4:00pm I went up to the office window and asked if they always ran late, and when would we be seeing the MD. I had a Zumba class I really needed to go to, it started at 4:30pm. Had they even started 10-15 minutes late, I could have still gone. So when we were called back at between 4:05-4:10, I was already not happy and mentioned that fact. At that time I noted the office staff sitting in ear shot make a comment. Dr Wanee came in to the room a few minutes after the nurse finished her assessment. At this time I found out all the records, on CD, I had brought in were worthless at this office. I find it unbelievable that in this day and age, you cannot download a CD with medical information. Dr Wanee was very professional and I liked him a lot, as did my child. I left the room before the physical as I felt my child needed that privacy. I went and made an appt for my child to get the next vaccine in the series. Dr Wanee had told me that I did not have to make an appt, we could just walk in, or I could make an appt. I made a f/u for something else and then talked to the person at the desk about the scheduling or not scheduling the f/u immunization. She stated I needed an appt as the Lab did this. I asked if it was usually a long wait, she said it might or might not be. She had a bit of an attitude as she spoke to me. She was also the one I had notice make the comment when I mentioned not being able to go to my class that night d/t waiting for the appt so long. I was not very thrilled with this persons attitude but let it go. I went outside to make a call, and wait for my child. I did not know that my child had not come out because they were waiting for me to come in and sign the release to get the vaccine. I do not understand why someone in the office did not #1 come and get me #2 call my phone. So again my child waited another 10 minutes or more in the room, waiting for me to come sign the papers. Really?? So when I went in, I was highly stressed out. I signed the papers and asked about the f/u, I mentioned that I was told 2 different things. The nurse in the room at that time told me a NURSE, not the LAB gives the injections. So I said "Well the B---- up front told me...." ( I agree I should not have said that,) I am sorry but the person that made the appt did have an attitude, and I was no longer in a pleasant mood. At that moment the nurse suddenly left the room, and refused to come back. I was baffled. I have never had anyone just leave, it was very unprofessional. Regardless of vocabulary, you do not just abandon your duty to treat your patient. I was stunned, she could have told me she did not like that language, or anything, SHE JUST LEFT, ABANDONED HER PATIENT. Finally another person came in, started putting on gloves, I told her the person up front had an attitude, she too just left the room! I have never been in an Md's office and been treated so shabbily. Apparently the nurses can just leave the room if you offend them. However the staff is free to offend the patients and their families as much as they wish to, by making them wait, abandoning them whenever they feel offended and can have an attitude if they want too. I was FURIOUS by this time. Dr Wanee came in and told me I had upset the staff. WOW!!!!!! You have got to be kidding me, this was the most unpleasant, unprofessional Doctors office I had ever been in. I left, told him to give my kid the injection and not to worry we will NEVER BE BACK. I understand that my behavior was not the best. HOWEVER, as a PAYING CUSTOMER, I am appalled at the service delivered by this staff. If you come in and it is not your best day, be prepared to be talked down to, and god forbid you find anything unpleasant and tell them! As it is okay for them, but you had better be on your best behavior or else you will be walked out on and refused service. Sincerely. A Person who will never go back to this unprofessional office.

I was referred to him by a very close friend of mine because my old doctor was leaving his practice to take another job. Community Health Network Fishers is right in the heart of Fishers, and has a wonderful staff of nurses and nurse practitioners that take very good care of their patients. They provide family medicine and patient care for all ages and adults. Dr. Jordan Phelps, DO takes time to listen to me and understand my health concerns. He does a wonderful job examining his patients and gives a fair and healthy assessment of the patient's health conditions and concerns. Steven, the nurse practitioner, also does an excellent job listening to the patient's concerns and providing the best possible care that is needed for the patient. Community Health Network Fishers is my #1 choice for my doctor and health care needs, and highly recommend Dr. Phelps to anyone who is looking for a primary doctor. He is terrific and the nurses are wonderful as well.

The office that we went to back in the day was very children focused from the fun toys and books in the waiting room to the beds that had a play room under them. Great for the kids not so fun for the nurses and doctors that have to find hiding kids. Great place to hide from getting a shot. Well until you were found and had to come to terms with your new fate. Being a kid has lots of great advantages but being able to be picked up was not one of them. As I got older I remember Dr. B giving me stickers and being nice to me, she would do the normal doctor checks but made she rue that I was understanding what was happening and why. She wanted from a early age that doctors are good and that we need to take care of ourselves. Her nurses were also great at helping everyone feel safe and welcomed. From being in toys to sitting with you while you had to get a shot they new the tricks to help it be easier on there patients. We had not gone here for a very long time but if we ever needed a doctor we know who we would see. Thank you Dr. B for being a great first doctor.

My complaint is with the office billing manager and 3rd party billing company and not necessarily…read morewith the doctor. A relative of mine saw this doctor two times: In April 2018, for a "Welcome to Medicare" free exam and then over a year later in May 2019 for a preventive exam. Medicare denied both claims submitted because as they told my aunt when she called them, "they were coded incorrectly by the doctor's office and needed to be coded using G0402 for the Welcome to Medicare Visit and G0438 or G0439 for the other yearly exam, depending on which code is applicable." When Medicare denied both claims, my aunt and uncle contacted the office and were told to call a 3rd party biller responsible for the office's insurance claims. They called this 3rd party biller every time they received a monthly statement to explain what Medicare told them about the coding and how it should be corrected so payment could be made by insurance. The 3rd party biller took the information and referred this "up the chain of command" so that coding could be corrected by the office. Unfortunately, after several months, the last time my relatives called the 3rd party billing company they were told that the practice had been contacted but had stated that "the coding was to stay as submitted." So, of course, since the practice would not correct it, Medicare will not pay it. What makes this so frustrating is they do not understand, nor do I, why the doctor's office refuses to correct this error. Now my relatives have been forced to set up payment arrangements (or go to collections) on the amount due for the May 2019 visit, which they can ill afford. And when they asked about the April 2018 visit, they were told that the Welcome to Medicare free exam was "still pending" with insurance and had also been denied (again, due to coding). My gosh this is a free exam!!! Quite honestly, this is somewhat confusing to me. If Medicare clearly stated to my relatives that the coding submitted was incorrect and provided the correct coding information, then why would the practice refuse to correct it. I felt it was necessary to bring this to future patients' attention because this might make a difference when choosing a physician.

The staff here is also very efficient, friendly and helpful. I wish I knew all their names, because there are a couple who just make going to the doctor more pleasant than it usually is. Though I would love to rant and rave about my own doc - his great, easy, reassuring bedside manner and thoroughness - I won't call him out because he does not currently take new patients. However, I've referred friends and family to the practice and they have all received most excellent care from Dr. Walker. Other standouts for me here: the nurse practitioners, the referral coordinator and the convenience of an adjacent x-ray facility. I must also give huge kudos to the on-site physical therapy provided by Philip Beaverman, P.T. - he is the "PT Whisperer" and has helped me get back into action in record time on two separate occasions.

The nurse practitioner doesn't listen. I'll explain things and she'll be nodding but then asks a question that signifies she wasn't listening or doesn't understand. Between that and the reception staff I won't be going back. I'd rather go to an office that I know the staff is nice, competent, and genuinely interested in my care. Here that's not the case.

I came in to see Dr. Kuhn as a new patient to review my moles…read more. I have no issues with that.. I decided, to get some Botox with her I came in Nov. 25th, 2025. She did a full Botox treatment. She did a horrible job..! I was not satisfied at all..! I came in the following week to show her the results. She suggested to wait another week which I did per her request.. The results did not improve..! I still had many wrinkle lines on my forehead, around my eyes, my eyebrows were lopsided.. I came back in after two weeks for a review and a touch up...(Dec. 9th) Worst mistake my eyebrows got worse, and I still have lines.. She bruised the same side of my face twice. I Do Not recommend her at all..!!!! She's not experienced with Botox and she gets flustered if you have any complaints...!! Her bedside manners are not great. She says she listens, but she doesn't hear you.. This is one week post touch up and I still have lines in the areas I told her were my concerns.. She must be over diluting the Botox for it not to have good results..
