This is how they do business- they book you a "low" rate and once you move in, they jack it up over $50 a month and figure you won't move out. Wrong. I am moving asap because I refuse to be ripped off. WOW, I just googled reviews for this storage company and saw there are class action lawsuits over their "bait n switch" tactics! Good.

I have not accessed property since june 29th yet they have not called sent a bill left a message nothing I even had Miriam try to call ftom old kings road public storage to confirm with no response to her call..to let them know I moved out..MY HUSBAND IS DYING!!!..I took photos of unit that it was clean when I left to which they said I was still occupying it August 9th? Because boxes were in it?? so then I said to Yolanda you can check gate codes or security video to verify I had todds moving company there that day DOES THAT NOT SAY IM MOVING OUT TOO,?
