I will definitely be recommending this PODS franchise in particular. Lamont ended up switching up the PODS and turning one around for best mover access and took it in stride. He was also very respectful of my plants and landscaping, which butted up to the narrow drive, unlike a previous operator from another PODS business who ran over my $60 metal hose that had been moved 2 feet off what I thought was the operative area. The absolute worst! We rented the drum floor sander and edger over the weekend. Both were old and…read moreworn out with damaged electrical cords and cracked plastic guards and casings. Both had bent and or stripped mounting brackets for the sandpaper. When I brought them back and explained the edger didnt load paper At all and I could not use it the owner accused me of switching the mounting bolt. I don't know why i would do that it destroyed all the sandpaper I used and brought back and I only used the first grade sandpaper, so you could see I didn't finish the job. So that would make no sense. He credited my Account from 300 to 200 and told me our business was finished. Completely rude unprofessional a$&hole!
