I had scheduled a 4:00 PM consultation, arrived on time, and was handed an iPad with multiple pages of consent forms. I asked if I could complete the personal information first and review the rest after the consultation, but was told everything had to be signed beforehand. I also mentioned these forms could have been emailed in advance to save time. This was my first time seeking laser hair removal, so I wanted to fully understand what I was agreeing to. At a medical doctor's office, some paperwork is expected, but for a cosmetic consultation, I did not expect to be rushed through lengthy consent forms before even meeting the provider. After finishing, I was told most people "just sign without reading." That was disappointing to hear. Important consent forms should be read and understood, not rushed through. I had taken time off work and drove about 30 minutes based on the positive customer service reviews. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Sharing this so future customers know what to expect.

I did a lot of research and asked people I knew in the medical professional about choosing a plastic surgeon. This helped me select Dr. Law as one of the plastic surgeons I would see in consultation. His before and after photos were great, but what most impressed me was that he really listened to me and I felt like he provided a surgery plan based on my goals and my own face. I didn't feel like a number. Initially, I was surprised, and kind of put-off by the fact that his office doesn't offer financing. But they explained the down side of financing in a way that made sense. Scheduling surgery was easy. He is clearly type A+ and has a very well thought out schedule that takes into consideration post operative visits, etc. His office is beautiful and the surgery area is so nice. My husband was with me during the consultation and Dr. Law carefully explained his plan to both of us during the consultation and again and the pre-operative appointment. Two days before surgery we received a call from his nurse and she once again confirmed where to be, what to do to prepare and asked if we had any last minute questions. My sister accompanied me to surgery. Everyone there made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. They were great with my sister too. The results of my facial surgery, a neck lift and eye rejuvenation was beyond my expectations. I had virtually no pain. The first couple of nights my eyes were a bit puffy so I had an ointment to keep my eyes from being dry. My neck looked great immediately and my eyes were beautiful less than a week after my surgery. I did have a V laser for the incision under my chin to help with healing. I wasn't concerned with the scar, but if it's free, I'm going to take advantage of it. It has been about nine months since surgery and I am so happy I did this for myself. I highly recommend Dr. Law and his team.

I go to Blue Water Spa, the medical spa he owns. I wanted to stay ahead of aging issues, so I got a consultation for a facelift. This man took so much time with me, answered all of my questions and he actually told me that I really didn't need a facelift! He asked about all of my concerns and I pointed out all the things that bothered me. Based on my concerns, and his evaluation, I ended up getting liposuction of the chin and an upper blephoplasty which is just a little skin from the upper eyelid removed. The change is weirdly both subtle and dramatic. My eyes are opened up more, and my jawline is perfection. My recovery was not painful at all and I could not believe how fast I was back to my normal routine. There are no visible scars as he made incisions in the regular creases. My eyes were puffy and red for about four or five days. I never even had bruises. I just wore large sunglasses for a week. People asked me about makeup or skin care. I just look better but I don't look like I've had surgery. I am so happy with my results. I think I can put off surgery for quite a few years, but when it is time for a facelift, I know exactly where to go!

I didn't feel comfortable leaving my Debit Card of file, because I didn't know when I could come back and I had been robbed by several other companies when I had done this previously. I went ahead and supplied my Debit Card with Ideal Image and put money into the account. I was told everything was paid and good to go! I was very excited about my visit! They said it was their policy to charge you up front in case of a no show and I had hesitantly complied. I arrived and to my dismay, there was no available handicap parking and the only place I could walk from to their store was a 10 minute slot. The younger girls were not accommodating or sympathetic to my situation (a broken vertebra) and when I asked where may I park they nonchalantly said "over behind the grocery store" that was significantly too far for me to ambulate. They finally agreed to watch my car.. however I didn't realize I'd be there for over 30 minutes as they were disputing my bill in writing from "a Tara!" When I was in a very uncomfortable chair, with my back aching, the assistant kept leaving and everything seemed to take forever. Finally I said "I think I'll add 2 more units.; that will be then a total of $150 ($13 pu). The assistant left AGAIN and came back 10 MINUTES later and said "oh your previous transaction was cancelled and it will NOW be $144 for just $13 units! We can't offer you the discount our employee Tara gave you!" I was in SHOCK as I had the QUOTE IN WRITING!!! I said "HERE is the quote IN WRITING and it CLEARLY states $124 for 13 UNITS!" As a neurologist on temporary Sabbatical, and a military officer-Persian Gulf War, I have ZERO tolerance for shady people, employees that quote NEW, INCREASED PRICES once you're THERE, and dishonest practices!!! After spending my only free Saturday getting ready and driving 1 HOUR round trip, I turned on my heels and marched out. I drove 52 minutes at 90 degrees in heavy traffic from another town! Ideal Image can give me compensation for the $124, or I will be billing them for my time as a physician, as well as reporting them to the BBB for dishonest pricing and price gouging. As a lesson in morality and ethics, especially business ethics, THIS, is what happens to greedy people and dishonest business practices.
