I immediately filed a claim on line with my (Farmers) insurance company and they quickly approved a claim for windshield repair or replacement (if necessary.) I checked Yelp and compared reviews. My insurance company sent a fax to Precision Auto Glass ... and today, Jeff, from PAG called to ask if I could bring my vehicle in. I agreed, drove to the location, (actually drove by it first time. It's kind of hidden in plain view) and was in and out in about 40 minutes. FYI. The waiting room has only four seat seats, so it is small but comfortable. Signed on the dotted line...
