Very shortly after she received in the mail a hand written apology (smile) a car freshener, and the return of the money lost without questioning her character. I can only say this is "EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! " 2nd to none. My thanks to the owner of this business. It's not the amount, but the heart behind the one who responded that I appreciate!!!

Took it in to get new tires, and they did what you would normally expect from a mechanic, a laundry list of things to fix. After looking at it, I was going to wait to get the recommended items fixed when I got home, but after talking with them, and they said they could have it done by 10:30 the next day. I thought perfect, doesn't affect my timing with getting on the road. Boy was I wrong. The next day, they forgot to order one of the parts needed, so to save time we got it and brought it to them. Did that help, no. They kept pushing the time back, and finally around 4pm we got it back. Had I known this I would have 100% gone somewhere else or waited until I got home, but I decided to trust them on what they said. That was clearly a mistake.

They promised they could have it done by next morning. No communication with us. We kept calling to check and they were waiting on the parts. We would have said never mind but they had already disassembled the car. Finally after several phone calls to them with no communication to us the car was ready at 4:00pm. Would not trust them again due to overpromising time it would be ready and no communication when that was not going to happen.

I understand this is a towing company that most people get their cars towed to due to parking…read moreviolations or getting pulled over, dui etc but the gentleman who answered the phone was really helpful and he told me exactly how much would be charged per day, fees and how much I should bring exactly and it was a lot less expensive than I was expecting. I really appreciated that.
