Lately there has been more and more lack of attention to the cars as they come in. 2 operators in the bay and 1 could not wait to run back into the office. The one operator will barely brush the one side of the car and the does a little better. One side shoots a fast spray of the wand and the other may or may not spray at all. I pay for this service. It is not like I am getting a favor because it is not part of my subscription. Also, more and more finding that I have to walk to several vacuum stations to find detail towels not in the dirty bin. The entire front side was out. I was going to cancel my service as there are so many options for subscription wash companies but I want to give them another month and see if it gets better. I do go at least 1 or 2 times a week as it is in route to my gym.

I used this company several times, but this was enough to never use them or refer them again. When I talked to Robert he agreed to give me a refund - then two days later he says he will refund me $298 of the $715 that was charged.
