He lied and said he was there. He wasn't. A lady was there with her dog in an unmarked white van - not one like the black vans in the pictures. The truck was worse than before it started when she was finished. Took her over 4 hours and then she said "leave the doors open for a few hours so the carpet can dry." I used this company several times, but this was enough to never use them or refer them again. When I talked to Robert he agreed to give me a refund - then two days later he says he will refund me $298 of the $715 that was charged. Robert and the Platinum Mobile Detail Team has been doing our cars bi-weekly for over a year now. The service is great, and they are very respectable towards our cars, as well as their customers. It is quite affordable, they get the job done quickly, and well. I typically buy packages of 12 washes at a time so that I can get a free wax, or detail, whichever they offer that. I highly recommend as it is always pleasant to deal with them, and not many people care the way they do. read more

Edit to original post - I came across this company from the Wesley Chapel Facebook group. I recently moved to area and was looking for a detail shop. I decided to give them a chance and have my Mercedes washed. The two people showed up in a white unmarked van. They asked if I could drive the car to my apartment carport area since it's covered. They did a really good job and I was happy. I decided to set up for a multi wash pack. Unfortunately at this time I had issues with the company. I had scheduled a wash and the vehicle was never washed when I called to find out I was told they had issues with their van. Understand so I eventually rescheduled again I had another issue and this time it was the axle to the van and a blown tire. Well we decided to reschedule again and again no show no calls like before. Unfortunately at this time I left a bad review but to my surprise I was told their was a bad accident and the crew/owner was hospitalized. This cancelation is acceptable. I am still only giving a 2 star because although I was happy with the first wash when I recommended they clean a friends car they didn't do a great job and it left me looking like the bad guy. Some things were resolved with the owner as apparently the guy was fired and it was known he wasn't doing a good job. However this friend was texting me with photos of the poor quality supposedly even after they washed again, which I believe was only the exterior. They do great exterior work just seems that with my friends two vehicles not so great on the interior. So my review is to say did great once but disappointed with communication due to the vehicles issues and then not doing great work on interior to my friends two vehicles. read more

By far the best detailer I've ever had!! The care and passion Robert and his team put into their craft is phenomenal to say the least. No swirls and no streaks.
