One of the gutters on my home fell off. Other companies wanted to charge five to seven thousand to fix them saying I needed new fascia and other work done. All about gutters put new gutters up and fixed the damage from the old gutters for $1500 (single level modular home). They did this over a year ago and I have not had any issues since. I hired All About Gutters to determine the cause of water overflow on a section of gutters and provide a solution. I explained to them that the gutters were recently cleaned. Communication was difficult, I left several messages and all but once had to speak through a secretary who said she would relay messages. I informed an estimator that I was away from my home and would meet with him when I returned, yet he went to my home when I was not there. This did not make me feel very comfortable. The solution provided was to remove the downspouts, clean them, and put them back on. An employee came, said the gutters were mostly clean, did not remove any downspouts, and waited until I called in payment. I called the company and explained that they did not resolve the issue, but was told "You know what you signed up for" and said I still owed 165.00. Later, I sent them an email explaining the situation, and they responded for another 165.00+ they would put on different downspouts but don't guarantee that it will work. Not very helpful! I did not have them come back. I would recommend to look elsewhere for your gutter needs. read more
