Really four and a half stars .... Great communication with the company... they were able to come within a few days of initial contact, their workers were professional and friendly. They did a really great job cleaning our windows, screens and window sills. My only complaint is that they missed re-installing one of our screens (we were finally able to get it back in ourselves), and there were crumbs of dirt left on our hardwood floors and also in our bathtubs, underneath the windows. I wish they either would have put tarps down to catch the dirt, or cleaned up what was dropped!! Granted our window sills were REALLY dirty (just bought the house). read more

I paid East Coast to clean my window screens along with the windows. The employee who came out to clean the inside windows and screens told me that the screens were not dirty, so he proceeded to brush them lightly...on my carpets. My screens are 14 years old, I am sure they needed to be cleaned thoroughly outside. The end of my driveway was not completely cleaned either. The company is unresponsive. read more

Our experience with East Coast Window Cleaning left a lot to be desired. Their prices were significantly higher than other quotes we received but we had an immediate need to get our windows cleaned before a party at the house and they were available immediately to schedule service. This should have been a tell-tale sign that we ignored. The owner presented himself well and makes lots of empty promises on the quality of their workmanship. The process outlined was not at all consistent with what we experienced. Our home was not respected, our windows were left with significant smears, and there were dirty drips left all over our woodwork and down our walls. The crew was inexperienced with little to no training. They advised they did not have the right equipment to properly clean the highest windows, they skipped one window completely they couldn't reach, and they ran out of cleaning solution before completing. Days after the cleaning, we held a large party/event at our house and as luck would have it, it was a sunny day and the windows looked absolutely horrible. In hindsight, we would have been better off not to have them cleaned. The only consolation was that the many in attendance saw and commented the inferior, substandard work performed by East Coast Window Cleaning. To say we were embarrassed is an understatement. This organization is more focused on selling additional services than delivering the quality results they promise. There is no way we would ever use this company again and we'd not recommend them to our friends and neighbors. read more

Came out on time with 4 people and did a superlative job on the almost 40 windows, including screens. Between the screens and windows so much dirt had collected and everything was clean as a whistle when they left. EPete was very careful about showing me where there were some damages to the screens where I would not likely have seen them myself as well as a few windows where the seal between the panes was no longer air tight. This is the second time I have used East Coast Window Cleaning for my home. I am even more pleased this time around. I have a lot of windows with lots of mullions so the job is not an easy one. The screens, windows and sills are spotless and the care taken was top notch. Pete is very professional and has great follow-though and communication. In addition, Mike and his crew were incredibly professional and extremely thorough.
