Wade explained the process and what options were available. Price was fair and we scheduled work in a weeks time. The structure was built 1947 and even though the HVAC systems were replaced twice since, the ducts were NEVER cleaned. They removed plenty of dust/soot/pollen and pet hair. Despite their busy schedule, they were able to schedule and complete my work within 2 days of the call. Their employees were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They were very informative of what they were going to do, and what they found. In the process of investigating and discussing the air ducts, we determined that one set of ducts connected to a new heat pump did not actually need cleaning. Their honesty in pointing this out resulted in me saving money, but also resulted in less income for the service call. It was nice to see that the concern of the service technician was on what was best for the customer. They did their job efficiently within the projected time frame and swept/vacuumed up any remaining dust and dirt around the air ducts after cleaning. They also took great care so as not to leave a door open which would provide an escape route for my 2 year old golden retriever! No instead I got a text message that just said it's been on backorder as of yesterday. So much for being a "family member" - they definitely don't treat you that way.
