I like to mosey and they do not mind customer browsing. Sometimes, though, getting waited on can be a challenge. I suggest they have a wandering ''answer man'' to bring attention to their appropriate staff for customers who need more personal assistance. Maybe give him/her a white hat and see if sales go up.
