Terrible experience and I nearly begged this firm for help. I was basically told to kick rocks...kick gravel and travel. I soon found a very pleasant woman who gladly took on my work and won't be looking back at primadonna groups as this one.

I wrote several emails asking for the status of my return or what to expect and at times got no response. Once they finished my return, I got an email with instructions and asking for payment, and a one liner at the bottom to reach out if I wanted to talk with the accountant. It took multiple calls, voicemails and emails to finally get an accountant on the line. Then after I paid, it took a couple more emails to get them to send me a docusign so they could submit my taxes. Finally, they never confirmed they filed my taxes, I ended up going to the IRS to confirm. Did as they were asked but communication was terrible.
