You call yourself an authorized UPS shipper but can't even supply UPS boxes to ship items and make people pay for a box from your store AND $2.95 to print a label since you can't scan the UPS barcode. What a joke! I will know NOT to use this business especially when employees are rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help. I've used "Postal Annex" style businesses all over the US and this is by far the worst. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Wife and I still laughingly refer to this place as Ugly People Store (UPS) Scappoose due to their lack of people skills and (in our opinion) their ridiculous pricing. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! FRAUD! Worst business ever. Not sure how they're in business actually. They took advantage of my mentally and physically disabled mother who is also a senior citizen. They charged her $130 to ship two boxes which were quoted by UPS to be $70 total. On top of that, the boxes arrived 4 days later than they were guaranteed. We've called asking for a partial refund at the very least and they refuse. All we were given was a bad attitude by the employees. Makes you wonder how many poor grandmas and grandpas are using this service, getting ripped off and not even realizing. Very sad and you all should be ashamed of yourselves!! read more

Only because I did not have the option to give zero stars. How can you treat customers this bad and still have a job? Nobody cares about you carper! You don't complain to customers that their shoes made your carpet dirty. I don't care if you have to clean it and we finish in time today that's your job. All these random tasks that take you away from your facebooking is what you're being paid to do. I feel bad for the manager and the owner of this business. Losing customers due to the fact you have the worst employee in the state representing your company at 1 o'clock on a Friday! Parent Lee her only concern is having a clean carpet and not answering customers questions. I walked in the door and I asked the lady at the counter how much it was going to cost me to send this package to my sister and all she did was sit there staring at the carpet. HORRIBLE. The absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Use the Post Office! I mailed a Valentine's Day gift to my boyfriend in Chicago (yeah, LDR) and this place shipped it via USPS. Fine. Good. Then it got stolen off of his front porch. Okay, fine. There's a claims process for stuff like that. So! I called USPS and talked to them to see what I was supposed to do, and to try and initiate the claims process. So, USPS told me that I would have to have this place initiate the claim on my behalf because I wasn't the actual shipper and didn't have the shipper ID or whatever. Okay. So. I visited this dumb store, told them what was going on, left my contact number and the tracking number off the receipt. They told me that they would look into it and get back to me. Fine. I waited like a MONTH and nobody got back to me. So I called, inquired, was told by some kid that he didn't know anything about it so he took down all my info AGAIN and said he'd have his superiors look into it and have them get back to me. ... so okay. I waited. A couple weeks rolled around, still nothing, so this time I went in physically again. This time I talked to the manager...an irritating guy who tends to interrupt and talk over you. So I told him my story, emailed him a picture of my receipt from the package and all of my contact information again, watched him receive the email on his phone, expressed my frustration quite reasonably, and left. Aaaaannnd guess what? STILL nothing. Not ONE time, in the span of several months and multiple times talking to multiple people, did anyone call me back, not even to say "there's nothing we can do" or any baloney like that. Go there at your own peril, knowing that they DO NOT CARE about customer service, and if whatever shipper you use loses your package, they'll give you lip service when they talk to you but you're basically SOL. read more
