I used the services of both of the attorneys at this law firm. Erin Hrabak assisted me with my…read moredivorce, with one consultation with Diane Cady about a related issue of contract law. Diane also did my estate work, which needed to be changed as a result of the divorce. Erin carefully explained my options in retaining her services for the divorce, and my legal rights, but what I appreciated the most was the fact that, after doing so, she respected that this was "my divorce" as she put it, and the decisions were up to me all along the way. She answered all my questions in person and sent by email, and got the work done in a timely fashion. Amy, the Legal Assistant in this office, also was able to answer many questions over the phone, or refer them to Erin. Diane also answered any question I had about the estate work very promptly, was completely accurate in including everything I asked for in my Will, and went out of her way, as did Amy, to get all of my documents signed and notarized in a safe way during the Coronavirus shutdown.

I went through a divorce at the worst possible time. Covid meant everything was done remotely…read more Covid and massive forest fires caused long delays in getting court actions on paperwork. Diane, Erin, and Amy were extremely vigilant in getting it all done as quickly as possible. They were patient with my questions and updated me during the process. Diane and Erin were honest and very helpful in explaining all of the legal issues and options. I am so very grateful and pleased for their service to me during this tough time. You will be in good hands with them. D.C.

I had been procrastinating getting a trust drafted for over a year. Im a single professional mom…read morewith a young child and I knew it was important... but was turned off by friends' horror stories of lawyers wanting to charge ~$6k for a simple trust, will, advance directive. I considered LegalZoom. Or even those old-school paper packets you can buy at Office Max (does any of that exist anymore?) But I know enough to know that having a real live licensed lawyer gives peace of mind, and if they botch anything, you have recourse. I looked on Yelp for estate lawyers. Greg Levinson had great reviews. So I contacted him thru his website, he contacted me back quickly, and it soon became clear I was working with an ethical, experienced and practical lawyer to get these vital documents done. We met on Zoom and he answered all my questions, including awkward ones like Should I include a clause in my will/trust that I don't want my child raised in the religion my sibling practices? Should I give my trustees a copy of the actual documents so they'd see the contents, or just tell them where to find my papers if I die? I felt Greg and I trusted and respected each other. Greg was very proactive and communicative even when I was kind of putting the project on my back burner. The end result of hiring Greg: I now feel secure with my documents. That my kid and other survivors will be protected if I die, and they'll know my wishes, and their administrative burden will be less than it would have if I'd continued procrastinating on my Estate docs. Highly recommend Greg. Just do it!
