After calling them I learned that they were booked solid that day but Brian still managed to show up at my house within an hours' time. Not only was Brian extremely professional and efficient but he went out of his way to fix my problem and even went as far as to help me clean up the mess it had caused. He also took the time to educate me a little bit about how to keep the problem from happening again. Normally I ask a million questions and feel unsure about what's going on but Brian was so knowledgeable that I was able to trust I was in good hands. Coming from Miami where people aren't nearly as friendly or efficient, I had a whole new understanding for kindness and good business practice after meeting Brian and now I could see all the wonderful things I had heard about this company for myself. Yesterday, several months after Brian came here, the water suddenly stopped running in my home and so I desperately reached out to Canady Brothers again. They were booked up this time, too, but Gary made himself available immediately and showed up at my house within 15 minutes. He was as knowledgeable, professional, competent and kind as Brian was and, once again, I knew I was in excellent hands. Gary knew without hesitation what my problem was and fixed it in a matter of a half an hour - he made it the easiest experience ever for me! Stating that I am satisfied with the service Canady Brothers provided me on two different occasions is a huge understatement. These guys are personable, fast, reliable, efficient, honest and extremely skilled and I am beyond satisfied with the jobs they completed. I will absolutely use them for all of my future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone else who's looking for a plumber.

The one that leaked the day after they left. This is a low quality "home owner" style installation. Everywhere else in the house, drains are glued together with high quality drain line. I asked the plumber if we could use use the glue together style, and he said no. Not sure why not. I wish he had some more pride of craftsmanship.

It was a very exciting day- lol. There was a certain style of toilet I was interested in purchasing to replace the old one. We bought our house last march and apparently they were the company that did the plumbing. A couple months went by and all the drains in our house started bubbling when we took a shower. I called them since our house had a year warranty on it. I left messages, tons of calls and nothing. About a month later I get a call from them saying they would come fix it a week later, it was finally fixed. Then a couple months later our hot water heater had a heating element go out. Again, we have only been in the house now 7 months or so at this time, and it was still under warranty. I called them and left messages; this time it only took a week for them to get back to me. They set up an appointment to come check it out a couple days later. The only appointment they had was in the afternoon, so I had to take off work to be here. No call, no show!!! I called them and of course no answer again. I was mad at this point with this place how can they run a business without answering or showing up. I called them again finally I got an answer after couple of voice mails. They set up another appointment, and again they DID NOT SHOW UP and I got no call. I can't tell you how irritated my wife and I are. If they keep this up they will not be in business much longer. I am amazed they've lasted this long.

I had them out to fix my 2 valve American Standard Toilet. my toilet was flushing normally until…read morethe part broke. They replaced the broken part but the toilet was not flushing as well as it had before. They came out but said that the toilet was old and was not delivering enof water to the bowl because the discharge holes had calcified and the toilet needed to be replaced. My usual plumber had recovered from an injury and he came out and said the tank was fully emptying into the bowl, but the water was not circulating fast enof to fully flush solids, that there was an obstruction in the drain. He used a tool to clear the blockage in the drain, and the toilet is now back to a normal flush. Since i have a bidet and do not use toilet paper the plumber said the blockage was due to a small object having been flushed down the toilet. I am the only one that uses this toilet i suspect that the DMP plumber was the one who dropped the small item into my toilet, assuming that it was not intentional, i would have expected any plumber to have followed the steps of my usual plumber to diagnose the issue before recommending that i replace the toilet.
