The good: they replaced a kitchen sink drain and we're polite and on time. The not do good: in the picture, guess which drain they installed. The left one. The one that leaked the day after they left. This is a low quality "home owner" style installation. Everywhere else in the house, drains are glued together with high quality drain line. I asked the plumber if we could use use the glue together style, and he said no. Not sure why not. I wish he had some more pride of craftsmanship. read more

Parlier does everything right. They were able to provide same day service, arrived earlier than expected (they called to confirm earlier appointment), fixed my clogged toilet and bathtub, and made a recommendation for a new toilet. It was a very exciting day- lol. There was a certain style of toilet I was interested in purchasing to replace the old one. No problem, the gentleman added a note to my invoice that I'd be purchasing my own and I'd follow up for a new appointment. Won't take responsibility for sub-contractors shoddy work. Parlier Plumbing was hired by Highland Construction as sub-contractors to install new toilets and sink fixtures when out bathrooms flooded. They installed the wrong size toilet, over an offset cracked flange. This was discovered 7 months when the toilet started leaking and we hired a different plumber. Parlier did send someone out to take a look and give us a quote. The plumber that came out agreed that the flange and offset should have been addressed when they first did the work and that they shouldn't have put in that size toilet. So far we're close to putting another $1000 in to get this fixed and both Highland and Parlier refuse to take responsibility. We're not asking them to re-do the whole bathroom, just take some pride in your work product and do what's right. read more

My ceiling was dripping water into my kitchen from my upstairs bathroom-Parlier plumbing came out ,and discovered the leaking was from the upstairs tub drain needing to be replaced-But there was a problem-The upstairs tub was sitting over my kitchen cabinets which meant the cabinets may need to be taken out in order to get to the drain--They were very concerned ,but miraculously figured it out -By coming back out with two other plumbers (four of them doing the job) they were able to replace the drain without going through the ceiling and taking out the cabinets -This saved me alot of money and aggravation!I I am so grateful to them ,and will not call any other plumbers in the future-! I am so incredibly grateful to Parlier Plumbing! They have gone above and beyond to help our family get out broken pipe fixed, clean out pipes, and fix leaks in our 1969 house. Wesley came out and told us what we needed to have done, Chris came out and gave us and estimate, and JD and Trevor saved the day! We have a child with disabilities and they really seemed to respect the tough situation we were in. Our pipe from her adaptive tub was cracked down the middle and they replaced it in a short time. My hot water heater stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. I called Parlier and they came on Monday per my request. It was not able to be repaired but the technician went to get a new one and had it installed in no time at all. I was scheduled for surgery the next day so it was important for me to have this fixed quickly. I can't say enough good things about the service Parlier gave me. While he was here he was polite and professional and even pointed out a few other things in my kitchen that could potential he be issues. These guys are awesome! We have used them a few times now for both Lowes installs and a broken water pipe. Not only do they do good work, are on time, courteous and friendly, but they are all about the customer. They installed a GE heat pump water heater we bought from Lowes yesterday and this morning it was beeping and had an error code on the display. The error code translated to "Call for Service". I called Lowes and Parlier and Parlier was able to work us into today's install schedule and we will have a new water heater by this evening! read more

I called Parlier Plumbing for a clogged sewer line that need to be water jetted. They rushed through the job, did not solve the problem, tried to up-sell me on additional work that was not necessary and would not have been a good fix, and acted like they were doing me a favor by charging me what I was quoted over the phone. Parlier plumbing installed a dishwasher we purchased from Lowe's. They gave us a window of 4:00-6:00 for the installation and got here around 5:15 (after calling to tell us he was on the way), and very quickly removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one. Also, after noticing that the new one had received a dent at some point during shipping, called and got Lowe's to give us a discount. Horrible! White hot water heater to be installed it did not work they said it should be working it's your wire. Call the electrician put a new wire in a new breaker. They said they were coming between three and 5 o'clock to install a new one. I have a route where I have to move my customers around. The guy calls me and says he's running behind he can't make it today and it was only 12 o'clock. This was a manager of sorts because I told him what I had to do to make this happen he said I will come install it myself if I have to tomorrow. Luckily I got home a little early at quarter after two. They showed up not only not at the right time but with no hot water heater as I was told he check the top heating element and that was it. He told me there's nothing else he can do. I said well the electrician said it's getting to 40 there's no reason it shouldn't be working he got really snotty with me and said he was done. I called the company to ask to talk to the owner al demone. They said he stepped out he will be right back never did hear back from him. So I hired an electrician for nothing and I still don't have a hot water heater that I paid for that does not work not only did they lie they were very rude read more

These reviews are very misleading. As we were renovating our entire house, we hired Parlier Plumbing Repairs to reinstall all of the plumbing with new material. Their workers were exceedingly unprofessional and the job took longer than expected. Those disappointments can be overlooked. However, I felt it was necessary to leave a review in hopes that this never happens to anyone else. There's been leaks EVERYWHERE, caused by the pipes they installed. After countlessly not returning our calls, they finally sent workers to repair them. They severely scratched up our BRAND NEW tile and claimed it was already there. We had to re-tile and re-paint over the stains. As if it could not get worse, more leaks have appeared today. Thank god for my mother's boyfriend, who is a contractor and is currently analyzing and fixing all of Parlier's leaks and having to re-paint once again. I have never left a bad review of a company, but this has just been an absolute nightmare. This company may have enough elementary knowledge to take on a simple leak, but if it's more involving than that, trust me, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. read more

Parlier plumbing was originally contracted in order to repair a septic pump tank pump. This job required the complete replacement of the pump. Within 2 months the pump had failed and Parlier Plumbing was called to ensure it's work the tech responded and indicated a stuck flapper and conducted the repair. The company then tried to charge saying there was no proof of what caused the flapper to be stuck. The company admitted to some fault and removed half of the charge. Due to the complaint and the issue I called my home warranty and insurance company to see if this would be covered or if I should even be charged the cost at since in the call request to check their work there was no agreement for any payment. The representative had left a voicemail claiming that there is no email for my account despite having sent a bill and several emails to my account. The voicemail also threatened a civil suit after explaining multiple times I disputed the charge and informed them I was waiting for approval for payment. read more
